2. Bell, Ronald C.. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children, through the family courts (to comply with Social Security Title IV-D).
2. Bello, Evelyn. Past employee of Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center; probably still works there. Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center is a sexual abuse therapy and legal aid clinic in Gurnee. Evelyn Bello failed to call Joseph W. Kopsick back about providing legal assistance or urging prosecutor Victor o'Block to file charges against Kopsick's father Richard for childhood sexual assault. Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center's waiting room contains a chair with a sign on it, which reads "Love is love", a slogan which is used by the homosexual community and its allies, but which has also been co-opted by pedophiles to promote the agenda that age barriers should dissolve. It's possible that Zacharias is too captured by the agenda to attempt to transition the sex of minors - and take trans teens away from parents who won't affirm the minor's transition - to bother assisting victims of sex crimes as much as they should. Joseph Kopsick feels that Zacharias and Evelyn Bello were refusing to provide him with legal assistance based on his refusal to seek monetary compensation from his father rather than imprisonment. Kopsick believes that Zacharias was trying to make money off him, and monetize his pain and suffering.
3. Bianchi, Michael. Former resident of Highwood, and current resident of Vernon Hills. Owns the painting company Michael B's Painting. Bianchi was molested by a Catholic priest when he was young; probably in the 1960s, and probably in or near Highwood. The names of the priest and the church are not known, and it's not clear whether the priest was ever caught or punished, nor whether Michael or his mother went to police about it. Once pressured his younger cousin Jodi Magnani to give him a kiss, before she left his car, after which he allegedly said, "I'll be thinking about that kiss". Magnani - the older half-sister of Joseph W. Kopsick, and the only daughter of Bianchi's cousin Linda Cervetti - was somewhere between teenage and thirty years old when this occurred; meaning that the incident occurred some time between 1990 and 2001. Bianchi is somewhere between five and fifteen years older than Magnani. While employing his cousin Linda's son Joseph W. Kopsick as a part-time house painter, Kopsick observed Bianchi interacting with another employee, a man who said he came from Michigan. This man brought a girl with him, whom he said was his daughter. She was about twelve or thirteen years old, and said her name was Roxy. Kopsick observed the girl laying on the carpet as men painted near her, looking at her phone, and later saw her and her "father" putting their arms around each other's waists as they walked towards the father's truck at the end of the work shift. This happened some time between 2015 and 2017. Kopsick does not know whether she was really the man's daughter, and is suspicious that she might not have been, because he considers "Roxy" to be a "stripper name". The name of the man is not known, but he was a white male, with a light reddish-blonde beard, standing about five and a half feet tall. Kopsick has not asked Bianchi whether he suspected that the man and girl were lying about the nature of their relationship, so it is unclear whether Bianchi has ever suspected anything. Kopsick notes that Bianchi seems to have been raised in a home which turned a blind eye towards inappropriate treatment of children. Bianchi's mother Serena (maiden name Segneri, died Serena Johnson) was observed by her sister's grandson, Joseph W. Kopsick, pinching the behind of a young boy, aged approximately eight years, in her home, some time between 2015 and 2017. The boy was the son of a neighbor of hers. Additionally, one of Serena's ex-husbands attempted to grope his non-blood-related niece, Linda Cervetti, when she was about thirteen years old. That husband had the first name of Richard; his last name is unknown, but it is not Bianchi and it is not Johnson. Linda Cervetti claims that her uncle Richard - then married to her mother Gloria's sister Serena - told her how pretty he thought she was getting, and attempted to get her into his lap. This occurred in approximately 1963 or 1964. Richard presumably adopted Michael Bianchi as his stepson upon marriage to Serena, and divorced her at a later point.
3. Boldt, Raymond Allen. Mundelein-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a
legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children, through family courts (to comply with Social Security Title IV-D). Boldt once defended a priest named Jeffrey B. Hannah who was accused of attempting or committing statutory rape against two or more teenage girls. Boldt was hired by Kash Jackson's ex-wife Julia, to extort Kash for child support money, and pay egregious amounts to attorney Sally Lichter in order to allow Jackson to speak to his child over the phone. Lichter admitted in court that she did not bother to find out whether Kash Jackson made his son stack bricks in the snow (the only remotely serious claim against him).
4. Cervetti, Linda Anne. Resident of Gurnee, and former resident of Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, and Deerfield. Born in Waukegan and grew up in Highwood. Former teaching assistant for a female student with disabilities, at Lake Bluff Central School. Ex-wife of - and past and current legal secretary for - Richard S. Kopsick, who raped their son Joseph W. Kopsick when he was eight and/or nine years old (in 1995 and/or 1996). Joseph claims that his mother knew about the abuse, and tricked him into forgetting that the abuse had happened, by lying to him about a dream which she claimed he had. Refuses to stop working for her ex-husband; despite her son's begging her to demand a higher wage or quit, despite having known for ten years that Joseph had begun recovering the formerly repressed memories of the abuse, and despite receiving $7.00 per hour (below the legal minimum wage in Illinois) from her ex-husband. It's not clear whether her work as a teacher's assistant was paid, and it's not clear whether this work would have made Cervetti a mandated reporter for childhood sexual abuse. Her son Joseph feels that she abandoned him to take care of the disabled student, when he needed her at home to protect him from his father. This happened some time between 1996 and 1998.
5. Christensen, Janelle. Waukegan-based judge. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a
legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
6. Cunningham, Samuel "Sam". Former and current Mayor of Waukegan. Defended Joe Biden's groping and molesting of children as "part of the job" of being president, in public, while speaking to Joe Kopsick and Ethan Winnett when they were protesting in front of the Lake County Democratic Party headquarters in Waukegan in 2021. Cunningham then poked Winnett's chest, causing Winnett to fall onto his backside onto a concrete sidewalk. Has allegedly committed battery against other people. Has also been accused of corruption.
7. Curran, Mark. Former Sheriff of Lake County, Illinois. Assists in parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
8. Curran, Sean. Lincolnshire-based police officer. In 2009, interrogated then
22-year-old Melissa Calusinski and coerced her into falsely confessing to murdering
1-year-old Benjamin Kingan.
8. Dick, Brenda. Wife of Jonathan H. Dick. Probably the mother of accused child molester Jonathan Dick, the owner of Sweet's candy and ice cream shop in Lake Forest. Probably knows about the accusations against her son (if indeed she is the mother of Jonathan Dick).
9. Dick, Jonathan. Middle name possibly starts with H, if he is the son of Jonathan H. Dick. Has possibly used the false name "Jonathan D. Jonathan" in the past; although that may have been a typographical error caused by an incorrect search engine result and/or incorrect article. Lake Forest -based confectioner, and co-owner of Sweet’s with his wife Susan. Molested, raped, provided alcohol and possibly also pornography to the son of his sister; his ten-year-old nephew. Some time between his nephew's tenth and seventeenth birthdays, Dick also urged his nephew to take advantage of the opportunity to have sex with teenage girls while still under the Illinois age of consent of 17 years. This is according to the boy's mother, who wrote the book Straying
Towards Truth about what she and her son experienced. Jonathan Dick is the husband of Susan Dick, who helped Mr. Dick cover-up his crimes, and blame and gaslight the victim. Jonathan Dick is almost certainly the son of of Jonathan H. Dick, a member of the Lake Forest golf club Onwentsia Club, on whose Board Jonathan Dick, Jr. might be using his father's power and influence - and his own personal wealth, from his ice cream shop as well as his real estate sale and/or development - to purchase attorneys who are willing to defend him for child rape charges. Unclear whether he has any other victims in addition to his nephew; the mother of that victim is worried that Mr. Dick has a lawyer on retainer to defend him for those purposes. It's possible that Sweet's is named not only after the sweets that it sells, but also someone with the last name of Sweet who co-owns the candy shop. If someone named Sweet owns, co-owns, and/or co-manages Sweet's, then it's likely that that person's name is either David A. F. Sweet, John W. Sweet, or P. J. Kirkland Sweet III (prominent people named Sweet living in or near Lake Forest). It's not clear which of these people is in business with Jonathan and Susan Dick, but if one is, then it's possible that he knows about the allegations against Jonathan Dick.
10. Dick, Jonathan H., Sr.. Father of Jonathan Dick, who was accused of molesting his nephew when his nephew was ten years old. Jonathan Dick, Sr. lives in Lake Forest. He is approximately 70 years old, and won squash tournaments at the Lake Forest golf club Onwentsia Club, where he has been a member since 1972. Jonathan Dick, Sr. is currently on the Board of Senators of that club, and one of the bathrooms in the club was dedicated to him. Likely knows about the allegations against his son. Jonathan Dick, Jr. might be using his father's power and influence - and his own personal wealth, from his ice cream shop as well as his real estate sale and/or development - to purchase attorneys who are willing to defend him for child rape charges.
10. Dick, Susan. Lake Forest confectioner and co-owner of Sweet’s with her husband Jonathan Dick. Possibly served as accessory to Jonathan Dick's crimes after the fact; as she likely knew about - and failed to report - Jonathan's molestation of their nephew at age ten. Their nephew's mother wrote the book Straying Towards Truth.
11. Feld, Michael. Northbrook psychiatrist and "doctor". Had an affair with a client. Prescribed the neuro-tranquilizing / sedative atypical antipsychotic medication Abilify to Joseph W.
Kopsick when he attempted to come forward with child sexual abuse allegations
against his attorney father Richard S. Kopsick in 2015. Feld came recommended (to
Richard Kopsick) by psychiatrist and youth counselor Sol Rappaport, who works with juveniles as part of his practice. Feld never diagnosed Joe Kopsick with any mental illness, nor did he ever tell Kopsick the name of the medication he had prescribed him. Kopsick resisted his mother Linda Cervetti's attempts to pressure him into taking Abilify. The drug later became the subject of a billion-dollar lawsuit.
12. Filenko, George. Lincolnshire-based police officer. In 2009, interrogated then
22-year-old Melissa Calusinski and coerced her into falsely confessing to murdering
1-year-old Benjamin Kingan.
13. Fisher, Marc. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
14. Flangel, Laura. Former (and possibly still) teacher at Lake Bluff Middle School. Taught social studies, civics, and/or history to eighth-graders in the early 2000s. In approximately 2000 or 2001, she handed her students photocopies of a test, with some answers on it (i.e., A, B, C, D) already partially circled. Someone - maybe Flangel, maybe someone else - had used a copy of the test, which contained the correct answers, to make copies for students, and failed to sufficiently whiten the circles around the letters A, B, C, and D. It's not clear who did this, or whether it was done intentionally, but somebody (possibly Flangel) did not do enough to make sure that the answers to the questions could not be discerned by the students. This means that all the students who figured out that the correct answers were already circled, were allowed to get away with cheating, whether it was a teacher's intent or not. Joseph W. Kopsick was in Flangel's class, and was afraid to speak up about it due to confusion; he wasn't sure whether he was the only person seeing that the circles around the correct answers were only partially removed, and was also afraid of potential retaliation by other students (or possibly even by Flangel, if the cheating was indeed intentional). Kopsick says he has a reason to suspect that this was not a mistake, because Kopsick also believes that Flangel intentionally included an obviously incorrect answer in a test in order to help students. Although teachers are free to do this to make tests more fun, the nature of the question was suspicious. Students were asked to circle A, B, C, or D, each letter denoting an important figure from history. One of the options was someone of minor historical significance, "Trey Anasazi", a misspelling of Trey Anastacio, the leader of the band Phish. Kopsick suspects that Flangel may have done this as a discrete way to appeal to - and possibly even flirt with - good-looking boys in the class who were fans of Phish. Kopsick suspects that a boy named James, in particular, would have been the most likely target of Flangel's attention (if indeed the planting of that obviously false answer did have any insidious intention).
13. Freeman, Michael, Sr.. Parent of a two boys and a girl who attended Lake Bluff and Lake Forest schools. Failed to teach his oldest son not to say "If there's fluff on the muff, she's old enough", at a restaurant in Florida, in front of other kids, and the boy's younger brother and sister, and parents. This occurred some time between 1996 and 1999, and was witnessed by Joseph W. Kopsick.
14. Gibson, Scott Boen. Resident of Lake Forest, and attorney working in Waukegan. Former partner of child
molester Richard S. Kopsick. Gibson pinched Joe Kopsick’s behind, and other
children’s behinds, at his pool parties when Kopsick was a child, while yelling
“There’s a butt-biter in the pool!”. It's possible that as many as a dozen parents witnessed this pinching and did nothing to stop it. Former heroin user; sent Richard Kopsick a postcard from either Europe or Hawaii, telling Richard how good the heroin was there. Recovering alcoholic. Works in the same building - the Waukegan Business Park - as Richard Kopsick and Doug Zeit. Ex-husband of Joy Hodgkinson.
15. Gliniewicz, Joseph. Deceased former police officer from Fox Lake. Defrauded a children's charity with his wife Melodie. Told police co-workers that black and/or Hispanic people were chasing him, and then shot himself, leading police on a racist pursuit of non-existent suspects.
16. Gliniewicz, Melodie. Former (and possibly also current) resident of Fox Lake. Widow of Fox Lake police officer Joseph
Gliniewicz. Defrauded a children’s charity with her now deceased husband.
17. Grimm, Chad. Former candidate for Illinois governor, and Libertarian Party member. Possibly attempted to collude with Judge Al Salvi to unduly influence the Libertarian Party of Illinois to nominate Al Salvi for governor, in 2018, instead of Jackson. Salvi did not launch any sort of campaign; neither formally nor publicly. It's not clear whether Chad Grimm intentionally sabotaged Jackson. Benjamin Adam "Kash Jackson" Winderweedle is a parents' rights activist who successfully won the Illinois Libertarians' nomination for governor that year.
17. Hasty, Kenneth. Waukegan-based basketball recruiter. Molested teenage boys, was
put on probation, and tried to seduce a 19-year-old boy. His attorney Richard
S. Kopsick recommended more probation in 1993 - saying that Hasty had "reformed" his behavior - but Hasty was jailed. Two years
later, Richard S. Kopsick molested and raped his first born son, Joseph W. Kopsick (when he was eight and nine years old).
18. Hill, Eric. Zion police officer. Shot 17-year-old Justus Howell to death, in the back, while Howell was fleeing.
19. Horner, Laura. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
20. Hyde, Adam. Lincolnshire police officer. In 2009, interrogated then
22-year-old Melissa Calusinski and coerced her into falsely confessing to murdering one-year-old Benjamin Kingan.
21. Idleburg, John. Current Sheriff of Lake County, Illinois. Assists in parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children. [In the interest of full disclosure, it is necessary to note that the author of this list, Joseph W. Kopsick, received a certificate of completion of a Community Policing Academy course which taught citizens about how Lake County's police forces operate.]
21. Johnson, Serena. Maiden name Segneri, and name was Serena Bianchi at one point. Mother of Michael Bianchi, owner of Michael B's Painting, whom was molested by a priest as a child (probably in the 1960s) once pressured his younger cousin Jodi to kiss him (some time between 1990 and 2001), and may have failed to detect kidnapping when he employed a man from Michigan who brought a twelve- or thirteen-year old girl to the work site (the last of which was observed by Joseph W. Kopsick, between 2015 and 2017). May have serially turned a blind eye towards inappropriate treatment of children. Joseph W. Kopsick observed his grandmother Gloria's sister Serena pinching the behind of a young boy, aged approximately eight years, in her home, some time between 2015 and 2017. The boy was the son of a neighbor of hers. One of Serena's ex-husbands - named Richard - attempted to grope his non-blood-related niece, Linda Cervetti, when she was about thirteen years old. The surname of that ex-husband is unknown, but it is not Bianchi and it is not Johnson. Linda Cervetti claims that her uncle Richard - then married to her aunt Serena - told her how pretty he thought she was getting, and attempted to get her into his lap. This occurred in approximately 1963 or 1964. Richard presumably adopted Michael Bianchi as his stepson upon marriage to Serena, and divorced her at a later point.
22. Kallem, Howard. Attorney based in Michigan. Wrote a sham 47-page investigation about the sorry, half-hearted attempt, by Lake Forest High School and its attorneys, to investigate why L.F.H.S. and its employees dropped the ball in regard to David Miller's 47-year-long, off-and-on molestation (and possibly statutory rape) of teenage boys at his school. Kallem created this report (one-eighth of which was redacted) in conjunction with attorney Rebecca Leitman Veidlinger.
23. Kopsick, Richard Steven (known to some of his friends as "Rico" and "Diesel"). Waukegan / Lake Bluff personal injury attorney. Accused of forcible tickling, forcible restraint, molestation, and anal rape by his son Joseph W. Kopsick, who says these incidents occurred when he was eight and/or nine years old (in 1995 and/or 1996). Joseph Kopsick claims that his father's last molestation attempt occurred in 1999 or 2000, when Joe was twelve or thirteen, and that the attempt failed, but caused an injury to Joe's lower left rib and/or kidney, resulting in a popping sound that is audible when he breathes in all the way, which persists to this day. In 1993, Richard Kopsick defended Kenneth Hasty for attempted rape of a 19-year-old. Hasty had previously been accused of statutory rape. Despite the fact that Hasty had been accused of a sex crime for a second time, the fact that his second victim was older than his first, prompted Kopsick to tell the court that Hasty had "reformed his behavior". Richard Kopsick was active in the Lake County Democratic Party during the 1990s, and served on the school board of Illinois School District #65 for several years (beginning in 1994). He also served as president of the Lake County Bar Association for
the year of 2004. Former friend of attorney Scott Gibson, who pinched Joe Kopsick’s behind, and the behinds of other children, at his pool parties in the mid-1990s. Associate of Joseph McKeown, who used to work in his office, along with McKeown's father Dennis (now retired). Works in the same building - the Waukegan Business Park - as Scott Gibson and Doug Zeit. Friend and business associate of attorney Sally Lichter, who charged divorced father Kash Jackson thousands of dollars to speak to his child, despite not being accused of serious abuse of his son.
24. Lichter, Sally A.. Libertyville-based G.A.L. (Guardian Ad Litem) at Sally Family
Law. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children, through family courts (to comply with Social Security Title IV-D). Charged at least one divorced parent - Benjamin Winderweedle - thousands of dollars in lawyers' fees to speak to one of his children. Winderweedle - who goes by "Kash Jackson" is a parents' rights activist who ran for Illinois governor in 2018. He was falsely accused of stalking his ex-wife on social media. Lichter admitted in court that she did not bother to find out whether Kash was indeed guilty of the only remotely serious offense of which he was accused; ordering his son (age either six or ten) to stack bricks in the snow, as a punishment for leaving a toilet seat up in a house where women were present. Lichter is a friend and business associate of attorney Richard Kopsick, who raped his son Joseph when he was eight and/or nine years old. Lichter is also a friend and business associate of Dennis McKeown and his son Joseph McKeown.
25. Lunardi, Steve. Waukegan-based attorney. Likely committed slander (and also possibly defamation) against Joseph W. Kopsick in fall 2023; by claiming, to his face - in public - that Richard Kopsick did not molest or rape Joseph. Lunardi was arrested in the late 1980s for possession of crack cocaine, and is likely a recovering crack addict.
26. Malkov, Lisa. Lake Bluff police officer. On the evening of December 31st, 2019, Malkov took Joseph W. Kopsick's first written printed report about his father Richard S. Kopsick committing acts of molestation against him in 1995 and/or 1996 (when he was eight and/or nine years old). That report was 330 pages long, including several pages of photographs and drawings; and was written between October 2019 and December 31st, 2019, and was published to Kopsick's Aquarian Agrarian blog on May 22nd, 2021. Kopsick claims that he was abused somewhere between four and twenty-one times; he has difficulty knowing exactly how many times, due to the repeated and systematic nature of most of the incidents which occurred, and also because he may have sustained memory loss due to drugging with alcohol and/or oxygen deprivation during asphyxia during abuse. Kopsick provided thirty-six specific dates on which most of those incidents occurred, and additional information to help narrow down the timing. Kopsick also named four examples of evidence of his abuse that used to exist, and explained what happened to them. He also claims that he sustained damage to his left kidney and/or rib - and a popping sound there which is audible when he breathes in all the way, which persists to this day - while successfully defending himself against his father's failed final attempt to molest him (around the year 1999 or 2000, when Joseph was twelve or thirteen years old). Despite the fact that prosecutor Victor o'Block told Kopsick that it sounds to him like Kopsick's mother Linda Cervetti and his brother Michael Kopsick believe his claims, o'Block declined to file charges against Richard Kopsick, and Malkov apparently did nothing to urge o'Block to do so (aside from take Kopsick's first report, and bring Kopsick's parents, and also probably his brother, in for interviews). Malkov says that Kopsick's account contains "some inconsistencies", but refused to elaborate on what those inconsistencies were, when Kopsick asked her to do so. Malkov was also present when Kopsick came to the Lake Bluff Police Station again on March 4th, 2021, to deliver his second report to Officer Tim Skopek.
27. deMartini, Matthew "Matt". Antioch attorney. In 2011, prosecuted Melissa Calusinski
alongside his associate attorney Steven J. “Steve” Scheller. Framed Calusinski
by failing to produce sufficiently light X-ray evidence showing that the baby
who died in Calusinski’s care had previously existing head injuries.
28. McCollum, Steve. Waukegan-based attorney. Former (and possibly still current) friend of child-raping attorney Richard Kopsick and child-groping attorney Scott Gibson. McCollum defended Diane M. Ross (a teacher and mother) for sending and/or receiving child pornography in 2000.
29. McKeown, Dennis. Former attorney, based in Waukegan, now retired. Father of Joseph "Joe" McKeown. Former co-worker - and possibly also law partner - of Richard S. Kopsick, who molested and raped his son Joseph Kopsick at ages eight and nine.
30. McKeown, Joseph "Joe". Waukegan-based divorce and family law attorney with McKeown Law. Formerly - and possibly also still - a G.A.L. (Guardian Ad Litem; taking custody of children for legal purposes). Once used an image of "Herbert the Pervert" (a pedophile character from the show Family Guy), staring at a poster of the Jonas Brothers, as his Facebook profile picture. Making light of sex crimes against children in this way, is arguably something that a person whose job it is to hold legal custody of children, should never do; as it is insensitive to child survivors of abuse, and reflects a lack of seriousness regarding such crimes. Formerly worked at 132 North West Street in Waukegan, in a basement office, where he frequently used the shower. It's not clear what required McKeown to take as many showers as he did; one former co-worker suspects that he masturbated at his desk. It's unclear whether McKeown or other G.A.L.s have access to photographic and/or film evidence of child abuse.
31. McLaren, Robert. Illinois court justice. Prevented lawsuit against David Miller from going forward, on grounds that statute of limitations had expired. That statute was replaced by a new law in 2020, which allows victims to pursue charges against their abusers past the age of 38 if they can prove they were intimidated, and until the age of 38 if they cannot.
32. Miller, David "Dave". Lake Bluff / Lake Forest theater director. Exchanged
sexually charged text messages with boys around the age of 17 years old, and kissed
students. Likely also had sexual relationships with teenage boys. Reportedly,
information about this was suppressed between 2009 and 2020 because Miller’s
victims wanted to retain their privacy.
33. Morozin, Christopher. Waukegan-based judge. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
33. Neiman, Eliyahu. Member of the Libertarian Party of Illinois, and former campaign manager for Benjamin "Kash Jackson" Winderweedle. Possibly sabotaged Jackson's campaign by pressuring him to downplay the issue of parental alienation by family courts. It's not clear whether Neiman colluded with any of the other people who sabotaged Jackson's run for office (such as Al Salvi, Joseph Salvi, and Chad Grimm).
34. Nerheim, Michael. Waukegan former State's Attorney of Lake County. Republican. Defeated by Democrat Eric Rinehart in November 2020. Nerheim's office employed Victor o'Block, who refused to charge Richard S. Kopsick with sex crimes against his son Joseph, whom he raped when he was eight and nine years old. Nerheim urged support of police after the shooting death of 17-year-old Justus Howell, who was shot by police in the back while fleeing.
35. o'Block, Victor. Waukegan prosecutor at the Specialized Victims Unit of the
Lake County State’s Attorney’s office. Refused to charge Richard S. Kopsick with
multiple counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse or assault against his son Joe Kopsick, despite the existence of medical evidence of injury (on Mr. Kopsick's lower left ribs), and while admitting that it seemed to o'Block that Joe Kopsick's mother and brother believed his claims about his father attacking him with sexual intent. Formerly worked in Michael Nerheim's State's Attorney's office. Possibly continues to work for the same office, now headed by Eric Rinehart.
36. o'Hara, Kathleen "Kathy". Has lived in Lake Bluff, Lincolnshire, Arlington Heights, and Chicago. Former teacher, and former principal of Lake Bluff Middle School (formerly Lake Bluff Junior High School). Served as the Mayor
of Lake Bluff between 2007 and 2008. Possibly failed to sufficiently bring Diane M. Ross’s child pornography
arrest to the community’s attention. Enjoys telling kids near age thirteen about Elfrieda Knaak, a woman who was found burned and naked in the furnace in the basement of the Lake Bluff Village Hall in 1928. Once told teenage students to avoid "the three G's; groping, grabbing and grinding" during an upcoming school dance. Screamed at students (including Joe Kopsick) while disciplining them, during her tenure at Lake Bluff Middle School, possibly contributing to an environment in which children would be unlikely to report abuse.
37. Rappaport, Sol R.. Libertyville psychiatrist and youth counselor.
Recommended Dr. Michael Feld (who had an affair with a client) to Richard S.
Kopsick, to treat his son Joe Kopsick, after he began recovering memories of
abuse in 2015, and attempted to come forward about his father molesting him in
1995 and 1996.
38. del Re, David. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children. One of his victims included a Lake County father named Sam Gorg. Works with psychiatrist and youth counselor Sol R. Rappaport.
39. Rinehart, Eric. Lake County State's Attorney. Helped Officer Eric Hill get away with shooting 17-year-old Justus Howell in the back, killing him. Refused radio host David Rych's invitation to speak to Joe Kopsick on-air regarding his dissatisfaction with the Lake County legal system's response to his allegations of abuse against his father Richard (who raped him).
40. Roethlisberger, Benjamin "Ben". Football player originally from Ohio. Rumored to have had a sexual relationship with the daughter of one of the coaches of the Chicago Bears. Roethlisberger's age was approximately 21 years when the sexual contact allegedly occurred, and the girl was either 16, 17, or 18. The age of sexual consent in Illinois was then (and still is) seventeen years old.
41. Ross, Diane M.. Lake Bluff / Lake Forest English professor at Lake Forest College.
Mother of students who were in Lake Bluff schools in the year 2000, when Ross
was arrested for sending and/or requesting child pornography over the internet via a web forum, using the screen name "SnowyViolet". Employed Steve McCollum (friend of child rapist and attorney Richard Kopsick, and child groping attorney Scott Gibson) as her attorney in that case. Former Girl Scouts troop leader, and mother of two.
42. Rossetti, Victoria "Vicky". Waukegan-based judge. Wife of attorney Doug Zeit, whose clients include accused child molesters. Probably knows that her husband defends people accused of child molestation and rape. Rossetti's husband works in the same office as Richard Kopsick, who raped his own son Joseph at ages eight and nine.
44. Salvi, Joseph V.. Waukegan judge. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal
kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children, through the family courts (to comply with Social Security Title IV-D). Joseph Salvi prevented a sexual abuse lawsuit against David Miller from proceeding, on grounds that the statute of limitations had expired. That statute was replaced by a new law in 2020, which allows victims to pursue charges against their abusers past the age of 38 (i.e., twenty years after the accuser's eighteenth birthday) if they can prove they were intimidated, and until the age of 38 if they cannot. Miller was accused of sending inappropriate sexual text messages to teenage male students, and possibly had inappropriate relationships with boys on and off for at least 30 but possibly as many as 47 years (beginning in approximately 1976). Joseph Salvi intimidated and pressured Kash Jackson to drop out of the 2018 race for Illinois governor because Salvi wanted his brother, Waukegan judge Al Salvi, to run for the Illinois Libertarian Party's nomination instead.
44. Schaub, William. Fifty-six-year-old white male teacher, from the 0-100 block of North Stone Avenue in LaGrange, who taught at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville. Charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and grooming, after allegedly committing "inappropriate physical contact" against - and also sending inappropriate sexual text messages to - at least one student. Schaub was arrested on April 3rd, 2025.
45. Scheller, Steven. J. “Steve”. Waukegan attorney at Scheller & Burke,
L.L.C.. Prosecutor, and former defense attorney. In 2011, prosecuted Melissa
Calusinski alongside his associate attorney Matt deMartini. Framed Calusinski
by failing to produce sufficiently light and legible X-ray evidence showing
that the baby who died in Calusinski’s care had previously existing head injuries.
Friend of attorney Richard S. Kopsick, who has defended at least one child molester, and raped and molested his own son Joseph at ages eight and nine.
46. Schlesinger, Gary. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
47. Schostok, Mary.
48. Skopek, Timothy "Tim". Lake Bluff police officer who interviewed Joseph W. Kopsick on March 4th, 2021, and took his second written printed report about his father molesting and raping him at the ages of eight and/or nine years old (in 1995 and/or 1996). That report was 59 pages long (including several pages of photographs and drawings); and was written between January 9th through March 3rd, 2021, and published to Kopsick's Aquarian Agrarian blog on March 6th, 2021. Skopek apparently did not do anything else to push for charges to be filed against Richard Kopsick, aside from taking the report and interviewing Joseph Kopsick. Officer Lisa Malkov, who took Kopsick's first report in 2019, was also present when Kopsick met with Skopek.
48. van Skyock, Jennifer "Jen". Past teacher at Lake Forest High School; possibly still teaches there. Taught English to freshmen and/or sophomores in the early 2000s. In approximately 2003, she showed her students - ages somewhere between 14 and 16 - the film American Beauty in class, despite the fact that it depicts Thora Birch baring her breasts at age 16, and depicts a man lusting after his daughter's friend (also sixteen). Van Skyock told the same class that it is impossible for a woman to rape a man, and that her understanding was that only women can get raped.
48. Slobe, Nicole. Waukegan-based attorney. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
49. Veidlinger, Rebecca Leitman. Waukegan-based attorney. Wrote a sham 47-page investigation about the sorry, half-hearted attempt, by Lake Forest High School and its attorneys, to investigate why L.F.H.S. and its employees dropped the ball in regard to David Miller's 30- or 47-year-long, off-and-on molestation of, sexting with, and possibly also statutory rape of, teenage boys at his school. Veidlinger created this report (one-eighth of which was redacted) in conjunction with attorney Howard Kallem.
50. Vorderstrasse, Donna-Jo. Waukegan judge. Commits parental alienation, a/k/a
legal kidnapping from parents not proven unfit to care for children.
51. Zeit, Douglas "Doug". Waukegan-based attorney. Defends people accused of statutory rape and/or child molestation, according to a former secretary. Works in the same office as Richard Kopsick, who molested and raped his son Joseph Kopsick at ages eight and nine. Works in the same building - the Waukegan Business Park - as Scott Gibson. [In the interest of full disclosure, the author of this list, Joseph W. Kopsick, accepted legal representation from Zeit, for a trespassing charge, which was dismissed. Kopsick did not pay Zeit for his services. It's possible that Kopsick's parents found out that he was in legal trouble, and asked Zeit - his father's co-worker - to represent Joseph.]
B. Individuals Whose Names Are Mostly or Completely Unknown (in Alphabetical Order)
51. Sweet, David, John, or P.J.. Either David A. F. Sweet, John W. Sweet, or P. J. Kirkland Sweet III is in business with Jonathan Dick and his wife Susan, who co-own and manage Lake Forest candy and ice cream shop Sweet's. It's not clear which of these people with the surname Sweet is the other part-owner of Sweet's, but whomever it is, it's possible that he knows about the allegations against Jonathan Dick. Dick was accused of molesting his nephew when his nephew was ten years old. These acts are detailed in the book Straying Towards Truth, written by the boy's mother, whom is Jonathan Dick's sister-in-law.
52. Jeannie, last name unknown. Deceased former secretary for Doug Zeit. Complained to a co-worker about having to help people accused of child molestation. Did not quit her job when she realized that she would have to help accused child molesters.
53. "Popz", real name unknown. Adult male proprietor of a hookah bar and music venue called Swing State, which used to serve Waukegan. Solicited topless photos from at least one underage teenage girl. Allegedly sexually abused and/or pimped-out at least three underage girls; likely some time in the early 2000s.
53. Name unknown, Julia Michelle. Last name was formerly Winderweedle, when she was married to Benjamin Adam Winderweedle (known as Kash Jackson). Julia extorted Kash for child support money, which resulted in the garnishment of his wages, making it difficult for him to afford both child support payments and legal fees. Julia hired attorney Raymond Allen Boldt, who once defended an accused statutory rapist named Jeffrey B. Hannah. The child support lawsuit against Jackson gave attorney Sally Lichter an opportunity to charge Jackson thousands upon thousands of dollars in lawyers' fees in order to speak to one of his children just once or twice over the phone. Lichter admitted in court that she did not bother to find out whether Kash Jackson made his son (then age either six or ten) stack bricks in the snow, as a punishment for leaving a toilet seat up in a house where women were present. This was the only remotely serious true claim of "child abuse" which Julia levied against Kash. She also accused him (falsely) of "stalking her on social media", which he allegedly did by posting photos of his car, marked with slogans supporting parents' rights, to his Facebook wall. Jackson claims that he could not have been stalking her because he was not friends with her on Facebook at the time.
54. Name unknown, Richard. Probably now deceased ex-husband of Serena Segneri. Serena Segneri married men with the surnames Bianchi and Johnson, but Richard's last name was not either one of those. Richard attempted to grope his non-blood-related niece, Linda Cervetti, when she was about thirteen years old. Linda Cervetti claims that her uncle Richard - then married to her mother Gloria's sister Serena - told her how pretty he thought she was getting, and attempted to get her into his lap. This occurred in approximately 1963 or 1964. Linda Cervetti is the mother of Joseph W. Kopsick.
54. Name unknown; white male from Michigan. While working as a part-time house painter, Joseph W. Kopsick observed Michael Bianchi - Kopsick's mother's first cousin, and owner of Michael B's Painting company - interacting with another employee, a man who said he came from Michigan.
54. Name unknown. Male Roman Catholic priest based in or near Highwood. Abused Michael Bianchi when he was a child; probably in the 1960s. Bianchi likely attended the church where the priest worked, and possibly attended Sunday School there. The name of the church is not known.
54. Names unknown. One or more sailors at Great Lakes Naval Base who committed statutory rape against a girl or girls as young as 12 or 13 years old, some time between the years 1999 and 2002. It is unclear whether the girl was (or girls were) hidden from commanding officers, or whether they knew that minors were present and failed to address it. One of these girls was also victimized by "Popz", the proprietor of a hookah bar that used to serve Waukegan.
55. Name unknown. An adult male in either Lake Bluff or Lake Forest, who
molested a boy in the 1990s and/or 2000s who attended school in Lake Bluff with
Joe Kopsick.
56. Name unknown. A therapist, of unknown sex, who treated a boy from Lake Bluff who was molested in the 1990s and/or 2000s and attended school with Joe Kopsick.
57. Name unknown. A father from Lake Bluff who molested and/or raped his daughter,
who attended school in Lake Forest with Joe Kopsick in the early 2000s. The last name of the family begins with M.
58. Name unknown. Elderly white male who molested, or attempted to molest, young boys in the men’s
showers of the Lake Bluff park district’s public pool in the 1990s. Parents allowed their children to walk unattended through those showers without certainty as to whether the man had been banned from the pool or else apprehended.
59. Name unknown, possibly Twohig, Jane (Joseph W. Kopsick cannot remember the exact teacher, but believes that Jane Twohig is the most likely person who did the following). Teacher at Lake Bluff Middle School who showed students, ages twelve and/or thirteen, the film The Labyrinth. The film stars David Bowie, who committed statutory rape against as many as four girls between the ages of thirteen and sixteen; Dana Gillespie, Queenie Glam, Shray Mecham, and Sable Starr. In the film, Bowie - real name David Jones - plays "Jareth", a goblin-king who has a bulge in his pants which is constantly noticeable. In the film, Bowie dances with Jennifer Connelly, then a teenage girl. Bowie reportedly refused to act out a scripted kiss. It's possible that he did this in order to avoid drawing attention to his past abuse of underage girls. Although numerous women have reported having been attracted to Bowie when they saw the film as teens, many girls were traumatized by his character's appearance. This information was irresponsibly overlooked by the female teacher who showed the film to her seventh- or eighth-grade class at L.B.M.S..
C. Multiple People, Groups, Companies, &/or Organizations (in No Particular Order)
59. Names unknown. The proprietors of, and dance instructors at, Model Act Studios, based in
Schaumburg and Lemont. Accused of taking parents' money for photographs of
children, without offering adequate dance instruction to kids; may be a scam to
defraud parents for money and/or obtain photos and/or videos of children for
illicit purposes. Works with International Modeling and Talent Association
(I.M.T.A.) to put on child fashion shows featuring young girls in immodest two-piece
swimsuits. May be working with (I.M.T.A.) to find attractive children who can
be lured into the entertainment industry.
60. J.B. Pritzker and family (including former Jeffrey Epstein associate Tom
Pritzker, J.B.’s cousin). Governor of Illinois, Democrat. The Pritzker family
owns the Hyatt Regency “Chicago” (which is actually located in Schaumburg) and the neighboring
Hyatt Place in Schaumburg. Sex trafficking has occurred at the Hyatt Regency,
and has likely occurred at Hyatt Place as well.
60. School Board for Illinois School District #65 in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Employed Richard S. Kopsick, an attorney who works in Waukegan, continues to live in Lake Bluff, and molested and raped his son Joseph when he was eight and/or nine years old (in 1995 and/or 1996). Richard Kopsick began serving on the District 65 School Board in 1994, when his son was seven years old. His son - who disliked his father's loud, confrontational behavior - was happy to have him out of the house on Tuesday evenings. Within two years of joining the school board, Richard began subjecting his son to forcible tickling and then restraint, in order to molest and then anally rape him. Kopsick has defended at least one person previously accused of statutory rape, in court; named Kenneth Hasty. It is not clear whether Kopsick currently defends people for sex crimes against children, but it's possible that he does, and his office mate attorney Doug Zeit defends clients accused of such crimes. The District 65 School Board probably did not know about the abuse or Kopsick's defense of child molesters.
61. The Village of Schaumburg. The village owns the Renaissance Convention Center and
Hotel in Schaumburg. The Renaissance Convention Center has hosted conventions of
Tremaine dance studios, which teaches young girls (and some boys) sexually
charged dance routines.
62. Tremaine Dance Studios: Dance studio which has been active in the Village of Schaumburg's Renaissance Convention Center and Hotel. Teaches young girls (and some boys) sexually charged dance routines.
62. The owner(s) of Private Events by Sam and Harry’s in Schaumburg. Located
next to the Renaissance Convention Center. Reputed area where sex trafficking
has likely occurred (possibly in connection to sex trafficking occurring at the
Renaissance).
63. The City of Chicago, which owns o’Hare International Airport in
northwestern Chicago (a known human trafficking and sex trafficking site) and Midway
Airport in south Chicago (another possible human trafficking site).
64. The Office of Child Support Enforcement, of Illinois. Assists in legal child kidnapping (a/k/a parental alienation, through the family courts system; demanding thousands of dollars in what is essentially ransom. from parents, for legal fees, paid to Guardians Ad Litem, in exchange for seeing their children and/or talking to them over the phone).
65. Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center. Sexual abuse therapy and legal aid clinic in Gurnee. Employee Evelyn Bello failed to call Joseph W. It's possible that Zacharias is too captured by the agenda to attempt to transition the sex of minors - and take trans teens away from parents who won't affirm their sex change - to bother assisting victims of sex crimes as much as they should.
