Waukegan Mayor Sam Cunningham Normalized the Same Type of Political Violence He Claims to Oppose When it is Practiced by I.C.E. (800th Post!)

I. Introduction

The following speech is an address, regarding immigration, which I delivered to the Waukegan City Council on October 20th, 2025.
Portions of this speech were omitted from the live version of the address, in order to fit into the three-minute time period which is allotted to people who provide public comments to that body.

II. Speech

I rise this evening to speak about the subject of immigration.
If you compare America’s population density to the rest of the world, you will find that our population would have to grow by 183 million people, before we reach the world average, and before we could reasonably say that we are overcrowded.
We have plenty of room for immigrants.

The amount of wealth that undocumented immigrants take out of the welfare system, has been estimated at $150 billion per year. According to my own estimates, this is the exact same amount of wealth which is stolen from immigrants, through wage theft, each year.
Immigrants do not cause a net loss to the American taxpayer. We can afford to “take care of immigrants”; in fact, we take care of them just as much as they take care of us.

The immigrants who supposedly “steal Social Security numbers” are only doing so because having a Social Security number is the only way to work legally.
Moreover, the border officials who want immigrants out, are effectively trapping immigrants here at the end of harvest season, making it impossible to leave. Those officials are the reason why most immigrants are here illegally; not the immigrants themselves.
People are not automatically criminals just because they are here without permission. Overstaying a visa creates no victim; and if there is no victim, then there is no crime. Only violent immigrants should be deported.

Waukegan’s diversity is its greatest strength. Although Latinos are underrepresented, on the city council, by sixteen percent, I think it is a beautiful thing that Waukegan has three white, three black, and three Hispanic aldermen, without any racial quotas needing to be enshrined in the law in order to achieve this outcome.
I praise the Lake County Board’s decision to ban federal agents from using county property to conduct immigration enforcement operations, I reject all attempts to pit blacks against Latinos, and citizens against undocumented immigrants; and all attempts to turn this country into a fascist dictatorship based on the legitimization of political violence, no matter who is doing it.

Which is precisely why I
cannot support Mayor Sam Cunningham’s attempts to posture as a hero who is protecting people from arrest by I.C.E..

Before I continue, I must say this:
The U.S. Supreme Court held – in the 1983 case of Connick v. Myers – that criticizing public officials is part of our freedom of speech. So I will thank you all to stop cautioning people who speak here against criticizing city employees.

Let’s face it: We have a mayor who
kind of likes to beat people up. This is not hyperbole, nor slander; I personally watched the mayor poke my friend in the chest – causing him to fall to the ground – on July 17th, 2021.
I should have defended him from you. And I would have been within my legal rights to do so. I regret not doing so every day. That is a decision that I will never get back.

This mayor’s violent behavior, at the
local level, has normalized the same kind of thuggery which we have seen coming out of the Trump Administration at the federal level.
You have given us a choice; between having the right boot on our necks, and having the left boot on our necks.
I don’t want any boots on my neck. I can’t breathe.

When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty.

Mr. Mayor, the people are catching on. Your days in politics are numbered.
If you continue serving in office, you will destroy the credibility of not only yourself, but also your supporters (for being foolish enough to trust you) in the process.
If you care about your constituents, then please retire now.

Now, I am not stupid enough to threaten a public official. But what I will say is this: Are you gonna beat me up too? No? Too many witnesses? That's what I thought.
     Happy National Bullying Prevention Month.

Shepard Middle School Supporters Lament Supposed Destruction of Lake County, Illinois "Community" That Never Existed in the First Place

I. Introduction

The following is my sixth speech to the Illinois District 109 Board of Education, which governs Alan B. Shepard Middle School in Deerfield, Illinois.
It is a commentary on the February 2025 actions of administrators at Shepard Middle School, who coerced a group of thirteen-year-old cisgender girls into changing clothes in front of a student who was born male but identifies as transgender.

The majority of this speech was delivered live, at the regular monthly meeting of that body, on October 16th, 2025.
Some portions of this speech were omitted in order to fit into the three-minute time limit which are allotted to speakers for public comments.

II. Speech

Several months ago, one of your students asked critics of your locker room policy why we couldn’t simply ask for a private meeting with staff members, instead of airing our grievances in public.
The reason, of course, is to subject staff members to the same kind of public humiliation to which you subjected the girls whom you made change in front of a male student.
Maybe now, after hearing the critiques of you and your policy, over the last eight months, you are closer to understanding how those girls felt, and why they and their families objected so strongly.
In enforcing this policy, you indicated that it’s fine to subject thirteen-year-olds to public humiliation and to (more or less) public nudity. Which means that you would have little basis from which to claim that it would be wrong to subject you - adults (who, unlike children, can take care of yourselves) - to the same type of treatment.
I’m sure that you have experienced online bullying as part of the fallout from supporting this policy. But you are very lucky that nobody has come up here, and ordered you to take your clothes off (as one woman did, in another district with a similar policy).

In April or May, a gentleman wearing a suit, spoke here, and said something like, “Outsiders are coming into our community, and destroying it. They don’t pay taxes here, so they should not have a voice. They are attacking our greatest strength… Our diversity.”
Let me tell you a little bit about the “community” that we have here in Lake County, Illinois. As a reminder, I grew up in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, which are just five and ten miles away.

When I was six, my parents let me and my brother set up a tent in our backyard. Just after we fell asleep, our parents heard two gunshots in the distance, and made us sleep inside.
A day or two later, a Lake Bluff police officer came to my kindergarten class, to explain what the police do. I asked “Gunshots were heard, the other night, near 524 East Washington Avenue. Do you know anything about that?” He didn’t know what I was talking about.
Then I asked whether anyone’s phone number started with 9-1-1. I wanted to know whether there was a chance that somebody could dial 9-1-1 by accident.  Sure, using the word “prefix” would have helped, if I had known it. But either way, he didn’t know what I was talking about.
The cops, here, are dumber than a six-year-old kid. That’s your “community”.

When I was eight or nine, I got a paper-cut, and went to the school nurse to ask for a bandage. Despite the fact that the school could obviously afford it – and that it would have made me feel better - she said no.

When I was twelve or thirteen, a parent in the area – Diane M. Ross – was found to have been sending child sexual abuse images over the internet. Principal (and later mayor) Kathleen o’Hara declined to convene a town meeting, to discuss the incident, despite the fact that Ross had been released, after her arrest, and was seen at an event, in the Lake Bluff town square, by concerned parents, milling about – near children – as if nothing had happened.

On and off, between 1976 and 2023, L.F.H.S. teacher David Miller sexually abused multiple teenage boys. He was only arrested once, and was never sentenced to jail or prison, during that forty-seven year period.
And Ross and Miler are just the tip of the iceberg. Charles Ritz, Cynthia Martin, Jonathan Dick… I could go on.

In the 2010s, three teenage boys threw themselves in front of trains in Lake Forest.
Gee, I wonder why they wouldn’t want to live in a town that protects child molesters!

This is the “community” that I – and other critics of your policy – am “attacking”, when I caution you not to add to the anxiety of the people who live here, and to refrain from forcing underage girls to undress in front of a male.

Lake County, Illinois had no community to destroy, to begin with.
The only community value that Lake County has, is the “conspiracy of silence”, which asserts that this is such a perfect place, that no child ever needs to worry about being sexually abused.
Which makes it the perfect place, full of unsuspecting people, of whom child abusers can easily take advantage. We’ve been lulled into a false sense of security.
If this is what you call “a community”, then it deserved to be destroyed.

This is why what you have done here, with the locker room policy, is so dangerous.
You made it even easier to abuse and spy on kids here.

What you did in February should haunt you for the rest of your lives, and no amount of education will make up for it.

Shepard Middle School and Transgender Ideology Enable Sterilization and Conversion Therapy for Gays

 I. Introduction

The following is the speech that I delivered to the regular monthly meeting of the Illinois District 109 Board of Education on Thursday, September 18th, 2025.

This was the fifth address that I gave, live and in person, to that body, which governs Alan B. Shepard Middle School.

In February 2025, staff members at that school were accused of forcing (or attempting to force) a group of thirteen-year-old girls to undress in a locker room, possibly within view of a student who was born male but now identifies as transgender.

II. Speech

Last month I told you why using strangers to enforce the policy to allow students to use locker rooms corresponding with the gender with which they identify, constitutes a forcible transfer of children from one protected group (parents) to another group (the schools operated by the state), [which] resembles genocide.

I wanted to come back, to explain why (I think) this is not just hyperbole.

You may recall reading that some of the books which the Nazis burned, were books about gender. You might think, “Well, the only reason they would have done that, is because they hated transgender people. Right?”

Not exactly. It’s not that simple.

The Nazis burned books about gender because those books gave homosexuals a way to stop being homosexual (that is, by changing their gender).

How is this anything other than “conversion therapy” (a practice which is usually opposed by homosexuals, because it tries to change the nature of who they are)?

Think about it. We tell gay teens, “Oh, you’re a boy, but you also like boys? Hey, wait, you know who else likes boys? Girls! Maybe you’re really a girl!” The line of thinking here really is that stupid.

But back to my point: Gays in Nazi Germany who agreed to try to transition, were, in one way, defying the Nazis, but in another very important way, they were doing exactly what the Nazis wanted them to do: Ceasing to be homosexual, and sterilizing themselves so they couldn’t go on to reproduce.

     It’s Nazi collaboration through submission.

If you read the Cornell Law Dictionary’s definition of genocide, you’ll see that attempting to interfere with - or limit[ing] - a group of people’s ability to reproduce, is one of its components.

If you’re thinking “Well, that’s only one component out of six”, you’re wrong. That’s because you also support forcible transfer of children from one group to another, and also because you only have to commit one of these acts in order to commit attempted genocide.

You’re also probably not aware that genital surgery has been done on kids as young as seventeen, double mastectomies on kids as young as thirteen, and hormone-emitting devices installed in the arms of eleven- and twelve-year-old girls, surgically, while they scream.

Another one of these acts that you committed, was “causing… mental harm”. You certainly made the girls in the locker room suffer mental harm. In fact, I worry that some of them might become permanently deterred from having families, after the inappropriate attention which was placed on them by your employees.

But I will not insist that my fear is true, baselessly; unlike your acolytes, who have repeatedly insisted, to children, that, for someone who’s “gender-questioning”, the only alternative to transitioning… is suicide. What conclusion do you think kids will draw from this? What do you think they’re gonna do after you tell them this?

There’s an internet gang called 764 Group. It goes online and encourages children to self-harm and kill themselves. You are not better than this group.

Speech to the Illinois District 109 Board of Education Regarding the Forcible Transfer of Children from Parents to the State (August 21st, 2025)

What follows is my fourth speech to the Illinois District 109 Board of Education, regarding the locker room policy at Alan B. Shepard Middle school in Deerfield, Illinois.
In February 2025, at Shepard, at least three administrators who were strangers to students, allegedly coerced several 12- and/or 13- -year-old girls into undressing and changing, while evidently failing to ensure that a transgender-identifying student, born male, was able to see them.
This speech was read at the monthly business meeting of the District 109 Board of Education, which meets on the third Thursday of each month at 517 Deerfield Road in Deerfield, at 7:00 P.M..
The time limit for speakers is three minutes; this speech would have taken about four or five minutes to read in full. It was delivered with edits, in an abbreviated form.

Since April, I’ve been advocating for the construction of more locker rooms and restrooms for non-binary individuals. But I just watched an interview with Nicole Georgas, from March, in which she claimed that the locker room controversy began when the trans-identifying student had access to a non-binary bathroom but refused to use it.
So – assuming that’s true – I'd like to clarify, by saying this:
It is important to build an equal number of bathrooms – for non-binary, intersex, and transgender people – for the sake of ensuring equal accommodations. If equal accommodations can be ensured, then there is no excuse to object to designating non-binary restrooms as the restrooms that non-binary students are supposed to use.
The restroom problem has been solved; the new problem seems to be that the trans student doesn't want it solved. But the locker room problem persists; so please build new locker rooms for non-binary students.

I left you last time by asking you to look up the phrase “forcible transfer of children from one group of people to another”. I mentioned that phrase because it is one of the components of genocide, and because I worry that your staff may have committed it in February.
To be clear, I am not directly accusing you of genocide. Rather, I am saying that, if children were an ethnic group, then the Illinois Democrats – the people who want you to enforce this locker room policy – would arguably be complicit in genocide (and so might you, by extension, for helping to enforce it, rather than exercising your natural right to conscientiously object to abusing children as part of your jobs).

     To review:
Since you caused children to fall into the custody of at least three strangers, you arguably committed unlawful detention, and possibly even kidnapping (because transfer that happens without parental knowledge cannot possibly be consensual on the part of either the parents or the child). If it’s not consensual, then it’s coercive; and therefore (covertly) forcible.
I submit that this is the same type of "forcible transfer of children" which the definition of genocide describes; hence, my concern.
I will now cite the definition of genocide, from the Cornell Law School’s law dictionary, to defend my argument.

As I explained, one of the components of genocide is the forcible transfer of children from one protected group of people to another. Also, to commit genocide, someone must target an ethnicity for destruction.
It is worth noting here - as an aside - that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights says that each of the world's independent nations has "the right to compulsory education" of children. Children have a right to be educated... by force.
Excuse me, but if we're having a "say something that doesn’t make sense" contest, then I raise you "children are an ethnicity".

Ethnicity is not a strictly genetic concept, in the way that race is, because it can include religion. Under the widest possible definition of “ethnicity”, children could count as an ethnic group, because they all have a shared custom in common; namely, child's play.
But even if children could never legally be considered an ethnicity, they are still a protected class (because the case of Troxel v. U.S. affirms that child custody is conditional upon not abusing the child). And parents, likewise, have the protected right to retain custody, provided they refrain from abusing their kids.
[And if you doubt that the state is a protected class, you can study 11th Amendment case law regarding the state’s sovereign immunity, its right to extend that immunity to others, and legal limitations upon the right to sue the government.]
So, then, it would not be out of line to suggest that these children were forcibly transferred from one protected group of people (parents) to another protected group of people (the school, which is part of the state), in a way that comports with the definition of genocide.

Last month, I talked about the sterilization of kids with the puberty blocker Lupron. I don't know how many of you are in favor of puberty blockers, but you should know that eleven- and twelve- year-old girls are having hormone-emitting devices installed in their arms while they scream. I hope you do not support that. But to those of you who do, I say this:
The children at Shepard were forcibly transferred; some of the girls who were victimized might decide never to have children because of this.
You also, arguably, destroyed this group of children "as such", meaning that you took their childhoods; destroying them inasmuch as they were children. Destroying a group "as such" is another component of genocide. As Stromboli says in Pinocchio, "They don't come back [from Pleasure Island] as boys".
So if you're in favor of risking committing kidnapping, and traumatizing people into not reproducing, and sterilizing non-consenting minors with chemicals - and I and the girls' parents are against those things - then whom, exactly, is committing the genocide against trans children?

There’s more than one theory, here, about who “the real Nazis” are.
Stop enforcing the locker room policy. The use of force is wrong.

Speech to the Waukegan City Council, Regarding Sanitation, Traffic, and City Council Business (August 18th, 2025)

The following speech was written on August 17th, 2025, and will be read aloud during the public comments period at the upcoming regular meeting of the city council of Waukegan, Illinois, on August 18th.
This speech is addressed to the city's nine aldermen (including Alderman Juan Martinez, mentioned by name), as well as the mayor, the treasurer, the city's corporation lawyer, and the secretary.
The time limit for public comments is three minutes per person. This speech will likely take just over three minutes to read aloud.
The city council usually meets at 7:00 P.M., on the first and third Monday of each month.

I hope that you will find the following suggestions constructive.

First off: Several months ago, Alderman Martinez reminded Waukegan residents to empty-out  our bags of recyclable goods directly into recycling receptacles, instead of placing sealed bags of recyclables into the bins.

I’m happy to comply with this request; in fact, this advice saves us all money on trash bags. But I do have one concern: If the receptacle tips over on windy days, then the recyclables are more likely to fall out, and blow all over the place, if they are not bagged, than if they are bagged.

So I’d like to ask – the next time you have a chance to renew the contract with the company providing the recycling receptacles – that you please ask that contractor to provide residents with receptacles that don't lock, but can snap securely closed, and can still fling open easily when the receptacle is flipped upside-down.

This will help keep the areas around the trash bins clean, while getting the recycling taken out efficiently and with minimal waste.

Second: Drivers heading north on Green Bay Road, and turning right onto Washington Street, are not sufficiently informed that they will have to make two complete stops before turning.

This intersection is monitored by camera, and people are being ticketed for failing to stop twice. So if the city is going to profit off people who fail to stop – and if people are going to be honked at by drivers who don’t know what the rule is at that intersection – then the city should install signage which is sufficient to get the point across (that drivers need to stop twice).
Therefore I propose installing – at the southeast corner of Green Bay and Washington – either: 1) an additional stop sign; 2) a second white stop line, painted onto the street; 3) a sign which reads “inch out and stop again before turning”; or all of the above.

Third: Some of these meetings last way too long. No sane person wants to still be in a government building at 10:00 P.M. (including, I think, you, yourselves).

I hope that any and all aldermen who agree with me on this, will propose an amendment to the city council’s by-laws, which would shorten meetings from three hours to one-and-a-half hours (by meeting four times per month instead of two), or else an amendment which would shorten meetings from three hours to two (by meeting three times per month).
A rule to dismiss at 9:30 P.M., automatically, would also solve this problem.

Fourth: Several months ago, there was some concern expressed, regarding the duration of aldermen’s speaking time.

Therefore, I ask whomever is interested, to propose a three-minute limit upon the total duration of each alderman’s general comments (which, unless I’m mistaken, are currently unlimited). This proposal would afford each resident – and each alderman – the same amount of speaking time.

Fifth: It has been more than four months since a video from the regular meetings of the Waukegan City Council has been posted to the WaukeganTV channel on YouTube.

Please ask someone to update your channel; the public needs to see what’s happening here, from home, so that they don’t have to endure these long meetings.

     Thank you.

Speech to the Illinois School District 109 Board of Education, Regarding Transgender-Identifying Students' Access to Locker Rooms, on July 24th, 2025

The following text is my third article on the topic of Shepard Middle School staff's alleged coercion of several thirteen-year-old female students into changing in front of a trans-identifying student assigned male at birth.

The meetings of Illinois School District 109 Board of Education - which governs Shepard Middle School - have a three-minute limit. The speech below would take approximately thirteen or fourteen minutes to read; it consists of the full comments which I would make if there were no time limit.

I plan on delivering an abridged version of this speech for delivery at the meeting.

The regular monthly meeting of the District 109 Board of Education will meet at 7:00 P.M., on Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 517 Deerfield Road, in Deerfield, Illinois.

While keeping multiple private changing locations in existing boys’ and girls’ locker rooms (and building more) would solve part of the problem that Shepard Middle School is experiencing – and while I admit that my proposal to add facilities would likely involve more spending – I must stress that creating locker rooms (and restrooms) to be used solely by transgender, non-binary, and intersex people, is the superior, more equitable, and more sustainable solution; because it would solve everybody’s problems, by providing sufficient privacy to everybody.

If the school built non-binary locker rooms and restrooms, then cisgender females and cis males would not be required to use the same rooms as trans-identifying people, and trans people would not be forced to use the rooms that they’re trying to avoid using, and don’t feel safe in (which are the rooms associated with the gender they were assigned at birth).

Despite the fact that my suggestion is perfectly viable, some of the people who attended the meeting in May seem to have relayed some fear about the fact that so-called “outsiders” are allowed to speak at these meetings, because they’re supposedly “extremists” who are “dividing” Deerfield.

Since I live in Waukegan, I’m wondering who these “outsiders” are.

I don’t want to waste time arguing for my own right to speak, but it looks like I’m going to have to, because, frankly, “you shouldn’t have a voice” is not something that we should be saying to our fellow citizens.

The Constitution does not grant the right to speak freely as a new privilege; rather, it acknowledges a previously-existing freedom of speech, possessed by “we the people” and not just the citizens. So any limits on speech – based on location of residency, citizenship status, payment of taxes, or even three-minute time limits – are unconstitutional laws and policies, and can legally be ignored, because they are null and void. I will obey the time limit, though, for the sake of politeness and civility.

The people warning about “outsiders” coming into Deerfield and speaking their minds, are on the same side as the person who allowed a three-year-old – who, by the way, doesn’t pay taxes to any level of government – to speak at the meeting in April.

I pay taxes to the same county, state, and national government that the rest of you do; and this board’s policies allow me to speak anyway – and, also, I was molested and raped by my father while he was a member of the Lake Bluff school board, which is just ten miles away from here (which means that I know a little something about who, exactly – in this area – may be coming to are representing and defending teachers, in court, who are accused of sexual crimes against children. So I’m going to speak.

Don’t pretend you’re being “attacked” by people who are trying to take away your “diversity”, if you’re going to try to silence people who have diverse opinions, just because you’re losing the debate. You can’t have diversity if you don’t let non-residents, non-parents, and people who disagree with you, speak.

You need non-parents to speak at these meetings, to tell you what you were told last month: “I refuse to have children in this district”. People don’t want to have as many children when their government is protecting child abusers. Just like how many young teenage girls transition their gender because they live in fear of being seen as female, and raped for it, because their government is protecting child abusers.

And you need “outsiders” to tell you what your town looks like from an outside perspective. To threaten to sue them for money, just because they’re not satisfied with the way your town conducts its business, is not just a refusal to give critics of your town a refund when they’re dissatisfied, it is a bridge-troll way of thinking.

If you don’t want me to be involved, then don’t involve me by taking my tax money; and stop making me – a non-parent – fund this system of child abuse and indoctrination that you’ve set up.

Deerfield’s population of about 19,000 means that, statistically, one child will be molested or raped at a Deerfield school – by a teacher or fellow student – roughly every ten years. That may seem like a small number, but every rational person would agree that that is one child too many.

That’s why I believe I’m justified to warn that continuing a policy of not only allowing boys and girls to change in the same room – but allowing administrators to collude to force them to do so (as the F.O.I.A. requests have shown happened) – absolutely does put these students at additional risk of being molested by fellow students or teachers.

For one: Some of the money that taxpayers pay to teachers, is spent on union dues, some of which goes to hire lawyers, who defend teachers accused of abusing students, in court. That was once my money, and I don’t want it spent that way.

You don't get to out-vote me, because I have rights, because the 13th Amendment recognizes that I can't be forced to render servitude, involuntarily. Education and schools are not even mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, so you should lose federal funding no matter where you have trans-identifying kids change clothes.

I may live in another town, but I and everyone else here all pay taxes to the State of Illinois, and its department of education. Was I asked for my money, before it was decided that my money would go to fund schools outside my county? No. Maybe I would say yes if I had ever been asked. I guess now we’ll never know.

My point is this: You now know that about 17,000 students are molested in school every year. You are continuing to send your kids, or teach kids, despite knowing this. So... If parents want to keep hiring teachers to molest their children, then they should pay for it themselves.

Is that so much to ask? Does it really take an “outsider” to point out that this system is unconscionable? Yes, in fact, that is what you're doing. How many times do taxpayers need to be mocked – and compared to cheap, greedy, billionaire "robber-barons" – just because they don’t want to pay for your kids to get molested at school at a rate of 78 per day?

You pat yourselves on the backs for helping boys and girls into the S.T.E.M. fields, but have you stopped to ask yourselves if you should warn them that some of those fields are still dominated by Jeffrey Epstein’s scientist friends? Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Steven Pinker? If you send traumatized children into professional fields run by megalomaniacal billionaire pedophiles, they will either get abused, or else they will become abusers themselves, and turn out to be evil geniuses. It does not benefit me, if the kids in my area, are well-educated, but also traumatized.

While on trial for war crimes in 1946, Nazi military leader Herman Goering explained that, to pressure people to support a war, “all you have to do is tell them they are being attacked”.

That is the quote that comes to mind, when the person who was literally propping-up that three-year-old, at the meeting in April – Asher McMaher – accused people who don’t want boys and girls changing in the same room, of “attacking” the trans-identifying boy who wanted to change in the girls’ locker room.

I hope that people will look up the meaning of the phrase “D.A.R.V.O.” if they want to understand what I believe McMaher is doing. It stands for “Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender”.

If a mother can be placed under a Naziesque gag order – and if parents can be sued for defamation just for failing to correctly guess what teachers did to their children behind closed doors – then people and groups (like Asher McMaher and TransUpFront) who falsely claim that a child who was never physically attacked (but was merely criticized), was attacked, can and should be sued as well.

The people suggesting that the school district should sue for defamation should be ashamed of themselves; they are trying to profit from a tragedy and from the silencing of the victims.

The people who want boys and girls to change in the same room, are in league with people who are giving double mastectomies to thirteen-year-olds (including one who is suing the State of California over it), and installing hormone-emitting devices into the arms of eleven- and twelve-year-old girls while they scream.

I guarantee you that this is making the governor, J.B. Pritzker – and his transgender billionaire sister, “Jennifer” – money. And it is making money for AbbVie; the company that has polluted our county with "volatile organic material", and producing Lupron to sterilize sex offenders and partially or completely sterilize trans-identifying kids.

Walt Heyer was mentioned at the meeting in June. Every trans ally wants to talk about how transgender people disproportionately suffer sexual abuse in adulthood. But why aren't we talking about how many transgender people were sexually abused when they were children (it's at least 19 percent, by the way, according to one study); and moreover, why aren't we talking about how being sexually abused might be the reason they have those gender-questioning feelings in the first place? Indeed, that is what happened to Walt Heyer.

By giving a trans-identifying male child - and his parents, who, for all we know, may have done God-knows-what to him - whatever they want, you may be, effectively, ignoring an incident of child abuse. Are you mandatory reporters of suspected child sexual abuse? I hope you're not. I don't want to hope you're not, but I hope you're not, because you would probably be bad at it.

You're not here to protect children. If you were here to protect children, you would put some security guards - or at least a greeter - near the entrances to your schools. People need to know where they're going, for student events; and someone needs to be the first line of defense in case a shooter walks by. I went to the wrong school, when trying to find the May meeting, and I was able to walk around for 20 minutes, without anyone stopping me, and without anyone successfully helping me or telling me whether the board meeting was there or even asking what I was doing there.

If you cared one-hundredth as much about students getting shot, as you act like you do - so much so that you ignore molestation even though it happens over one hundred times as often as students getting shot - then you would provide your schools with adequate security. But you won't do that; because if security guards were present at your schools, then they would have stopped the staff members who tried to force... what was it, twenty girls? Twenty-five thirteen-year-old girls? ...to commit public indecency.

Sure; ignoring the possible crimes of people who molest kids who become trans, and failing to adequately counter the threat of a school shooting, may not be what you think you’re supporting, but it is. You fail to realize that it is based on coercion and the legitimization of violence; and so, you effectively worship the State.

You refuse to invoke your natural right of conscientious objection, when you see a human rights violation taking place, because you'd rather do what you think is "your job" than do what's right.

The unlawful transfer of children from one group of people (like their parents) to another (like the group of administrators who pressured them to undress) is one of the components of genocide. These children were in the custody of complete strangers, without their parents knowing about it.

You Democrats are treating your children like pets – muzzling them (with Covid masks), giving them too many shots, putting “harnesses” (leashes) on them; castrating them (like the Democrats of the 1800s used to castrate their slaves) – and now you’re afraid that some “outsiders” are going to come into your town, and expose your kids to the idea that they can’t consent to these things. Just like when the Republican “outsiders” came, from the North, and swept into your plantations a hundred and sixty years ago.

You’re worried that someone is coming to free the pets and slaves whom you’ve turned your children into. If trying to stop you, makes me an “outsider”, then so be it.

Yet most of you will still pretend that this is not a problem, because you treat the government as if it can do no wrong.

Making the “argument from benevolence”, when the government (or its schools) do something wrong, your first reaction is that “government is good, therefore whatever bad thing it was accused of doing, it did not do; or else, if it did, then what it did is actually a good thing.”

Like Adolf Eichmann – the architect of the Holocaust – you obeyed your country’s laws, and the rules for war, so you are not guilty.

Basically: If you don’t force kids to expose themselves - and don't force them to do whatever else the state wants you to force them to do - then you don’t get paid.

You aren’t here to protect – or educate – these kids. You’re here to please the people at the top of the state government who butter your bread. Your job is to do as you're told, in order to take a paycheck home.

One of your students asked, at the May meeting, why critics of this school board speak in public, when they could meet with its members in private. The reason is that you need to understand what it's like to be publicly humiliated, so they can know how these girls felt, when they had to change, in a locker room, unsure as to whether another student who has a penis may be able to see her, with adults they didn't know nearby making sure they disrobed.

You administrators, and the teachers you employ - and the Democratic Party of Illinois and the teachers' unions which are orchestrating all of this - have decided that this is the policy that you will fight to the death to enforce.

We are here to tell you that this is such an egregious incursion into students' privacy, human rights, children's safety, and parents' rights to know where their children are, that we cannot possibly tolerate it. The forced exposure in the locker rooms must be the last sex crime that ever occurs in this school district. And whether one does, again, or not, you are never going to hear the end of this.

You failed. Our school system has failed.

The fact that twelve teachers retired from the district this year, should probably concern us. I hope that the rest of you will retire soon, because the state of public education, under your watch, is unconscionable, and it is a danger to children's safety, as well as to their privacy and innocence.

Build non-binary restrooms and locker rooms and make a plan to end this nonsense quickly; or else the American people will have no choice but to consider total abolition of public education by government employees, or at the very least, exemption of non-parents from having to fund a system that gets at least 17,000 kids molested per year.

We must elect a governor who will nullify Pritzker's Executive Order 2019 11, we must amend Section 3B of the Illinois Human Rights Act, and we must elect sheriffs who will refuse to enforce inhumane policies that allow coercing children to expose themselves.

Why the United States of America Should Abolish its Public Education System

Public education in America should be abolished. We should close schools down, convert them to the prisons they were designed to be from the beginning, and use them to detain all teachers and parents convicted of child abuse in the years going forward.
It's not that I advocate abolition of public schools because I lack constructive suggestions about how to improve schools. I have plenty of ideas. The problem is that improving schools is futile, because the people whom we have put in charge of schools, are extremely defensive, litigious, and disdainful towards people whom they feel are not being sufficiently appreciative of the self-anointed "heroes" of society who are teaching children.

If abolition of public schools cannot be done, then - at the very least - non-parents should no longer be obligated to pay taxes that fund schools.
It does not benefit me that the children in my neighborhood are smart but also traumatized by sexual abuse and indoctrination; therefore, the existence of public education does not benefit me (nor children, for that matter) overall. Aside from that, it does not make sense that someone who has decided to opt-out of parenthood, should not be free to similarly opt-out of funding the education of children who are strangers to them. Non-parents need the full right to opt-out of the education and child-raising system, if that is their desire.
Until compulsory taxation to fund public schools is no more, people who expect non-parents to pay to educate kids, have no right to exclude taxed non-parents from public participation to decide how that money is spent. Moreover, if the states supporting abolishing the federal Department of Education are honest when they demand that education be truly local, then the states have no right to force people from different communities to fund each other, nor to fund a central state department of education. Until there is no longer any state-level entity regulating education, no taxpayer - parent or not - should be limited in their ability to redress school boards for grievances.

As an alternative to ceasing to tax non-parents to fund schools, I would be willing to accept making public education non-compulsory. But I would prefer that both be done.
By "making public education non-compulsory" I mean making it voluntary, on the part of the parent(s), whether to send the kids to public school. I would like to see every state add an amendment to its state constitution which would make it illegal for any state, county, or municipal governmental entity to require parents to send kids to school, and which would make it illegal to prohibit parents from home-schooling.
Some states only allow home-schooling if there is a valid religious exemption which is explicitly stated via scripture. That is an insane regulation because it automatically renders all children of agnostic and atheist parents into wards of the state for 1,200 hours per year, who have no right to stay home and remain with their families. The people who create state statutes forbidding homeschooling without religious justification have no idea what kind of additional problems they could be causing by crafting such irresponsible legislation.
If it turns out that reform is actually still possible after all, then it is my opinion that schools could (and should) make things a lot safer for children, if they ensured that parent-teacher conferences are attended by an additional person. Specifically, someone who is trained in detecting signs of grooming and abuse; someone like a psychologist, social worker, or a detective with the sex crimes Special Victims Unit.
Enacting a policy like this would "turn-up the heat" on abusive parents and abusive teachers who may be trying to blame each other - or the kid - for a kid's bad behavior, knowing that the child is acting out because they harmed the kid. With another pair of eyes in the room - focusing on nothing but "Are any of these three people exhibiting signs of having groomed or abused a child, or coached a child to stay silent?" - a teacher or parent who is abusive, will have a tougher time concealing their lies.

If a bare minimum standard of protecting children - like that - cannot be adopted, then why not consider abolishing public schools altogether?
Why not turn them into prisons, but just be
transparent about it?
Why teach them if we're just going to fail to protect them? Can't somebody figure out a way to teach children without molesting them?
It's not like we need public school buildings for teachers to teach students. The lockdowns, during the Covid pandemic era, proved that. Students brought computers home, and did online learning. Hell, we don't even need public school buildings for teachers to spy on children while they're changing clothes. Bringing webcam-equipped laptops into children's bedrooms - and making rules requiring them to keep those laptops turned on during certain times - allowed teachers to watch (and possibly even record) any and all children whom they wanted to see undressing.
[Articles from the Covid era could not be found; but see these two articles regarding events that occurred in 2009 and 2010:
     https://time.com/7275031/spy-high-true-story-prime-video/
     http://www.theguardian.com/world/2010/feb/19/schools-spied-on-students-webcams#:~:text=The%20ruse%20was%20revealed%20when,very%20seriously%2C"%20he%20said.]
If we don't need the physical buildings, then maybe we don't need the teachers spying on our kids while they change either. Maybe we don't even need the teachers at all.

In my opinion, public schools have failed, and done so much damage that they deserve to be shut down, or at the very least, completely reformed, and decentralized, and federal Department of Education abolished.
In mid-2025, a video came out, showing a high schooler - at his graduation ceremony, in full view of students and his family - showing-off the laptop on which he used an A.I. program to help him cheat. High schools and colleges are loaded with kids who think it's not cheating to use A.I. to summarize assignments, so they can avoid reading.
Schools have become a vehicle to facilitate the trafficking of children. A kid who questions his or gender, can be identified for potential removal from their household if their parents don't affirm their gender. Several states have made it legal to abduct "trans kids" from non-supportive parents, on the grounds that the kid will definitely commit suicide if their uninformed choice isn't affirmed. Washington, California, and Maryland were the first states to do this.

Cafeterias, rigid schedules with bells, and the design of the schools, are reminiscent of prisons. Not only are we training kids for either a rigid work schedule and cubicles, or else prison; the schools are designed to have long, straight hallways, which make it easier to shoot people (because the design provides little cover, and thus, few hiding places).
We are releasing these kids into the "care" of a society in which everything is illegal. It's not just public education that's broken, it's all education. Even non-public driving instructors teach teenagers to speed, five to ten miles per hour over the speed limit, knowing it's illegal, knowing that other drivers will be impatient with them if they don't break the law. We are setting these kids up for failure from Day 1.

Then there's the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. The school mustered no defense, while 400 police officers arrived, some of whom tackled mothers who ran into the school to heroically and successfully rescue their kids from gunfire.
I recently tried to go to a school board meeting, in Deerfield, about the transgender locker room controversy. I went to the wrong school by accident. A children's music recital was taking place. Who was at the door to greet me? Nobody. Not a security guard. Not a receptionist. Not a teacher. Not a student. Not a parent volunteer. Not a Wal-Mart greeter.
I walked into the school and started looking around for employees. I found two cafeteria workers who didn't speak English. Then I saw a teacher who did speak English. I asked if there was a school board meeting happening in the building. She stared at me and kept walking.
That is who is teaching America's kids. And that was who was available in the building, to stop me, if I had been a school shooter, who decided to enter the building.
Pro- gun control groups say to take away law-abiding people's guns, "even if it will save the life of just one child". So why not abolish public education "even if it will prevent the molestation of 14,000 children per year"?
Schools care so much about preventing shootings. But they evidently do not care enough about stopping them, to hire armed security guards to patrol the outside of the buildings, monitor entrances, and check doors and windows frequently to make sure that they are in proper working order. Also, they should monitor the outside of restrooms, because that's where the majority of the fights, rapes, drug-taking, smoking, vaping, drinking, and use of piercing guns, takes place in schools. Guards posted just outside bathrooms can listen for problems coming from within, without invading anyone's privacy.
Schools say they want to stop shootings, and also stop abuse by teachers. Do American public schools stop to notice, for one second, that one hundred twenty-three times as many kids are molested or raped by a student or teacher, for every one child who is shot or killed?
If schools can't post one security guard outside a building, to stop one kid from being shot or killed each day, then what are the odds that they're going to take any reasonable measure to prevent fourteen thousand kids from being molested or raped per year (a problem that they're comparatively less vocal about)?
Most teachers do not molest kids. But non-abusive teachers are less aggressive - and less obsessed with acquiring power within the authority and seniority structures of the education system - than the teachers who do molest kids. Thus, the non-abusive teachers are ill-equipped to help weed-out the "bad apples".
The abusive teachers who do rise to the top of the power structure, are not going to stop abusing kids; not even if evidence were to come out which would show a positive correlation between shooting schools and previous sexual abuse. Is anybody studying that? No. A society that fails to ask that question cannot possibly be maintaining an education system which deserves to continue to exist.

Regardless of how polite or timely or constructive the proposal, the most aggressive defenders of public schools will always respond to improvement proposals, and concern, with a claim that those who are criticizing the schools want to portray all teachers as abusive.
I do not want to abolish teachers. I want to abolish compulsory public education, and cease taxing non-parents to pay for public schools. I do not want to be jailed for refusing to send my child to be taught by a complete stranger, who - if they are a child abuser - will take what was just my money, turn around and give it to their teachers' union, who uses that money to hire a lawyer, to defend the accused teacher.
We are, in effect, paying public employees to rape our kids.
I am being proactive about this because I know that something horrible will happen - in the next few years - in a public school, or in all public schools. I don't know what that event will be; maybe it will just be another 14,000 molestations and another 100 shootings per year, maybe it will be a new problem. Either way, I want to be the person who saw the problem early, and called it for what it was. Whatever the problem will be, abolishing public schools now, would prevent it.

We are separating men and women and children from each other, like cattle do when they enter farms with slaughterhouses on premises, and like Jewish families were separated upon entrance to the concentration camps. The purpose of this is to make the children and women vulnerable to attacks, now that their men - typically the strongest member of the family - are out of the way. Social Security Title IV-D (child support) facilitates and accelerates this process, through the taking of children from non-abusive parents by family courts; this effectively bribes women to divorce men for no reason.
Hitler and Lenin both explained that public schools are the essential condition for slavery and indoctrination. The amount of damage - and loss of productivity and creativity - which schools can cause kids, within just a few years, is impossible to estimate.
Small children are growing up unable to communicate properly, because the schools enforced the masks mandates, and kids had to listen to words without seeing what adults' mouths looked like when they formed those sounds. Moreover, teenagers are graduating unable to read.
Four-year high schools are attended not only by students age 14 to 18, but also by 19-year-old students whom have been held-back, some of whom are pregnant and starting families. What is the reward for a smart 7th grader who "gets to" skip ahead a year? Becoming a freshman in a high school where grown adults and kids age 13 and 14 are in the same building. That is a recipe for fights, teen pregnancy, immorality, drug taking, and disaster.
The damage has already been done; and it will take a long period of healing before public schools can ever be reconstituted in a way that helps kids thrive and does not traumatize them.

To address the problem of older kids hurting younger kids, I have suggested splitting high school campuses in two; separating kids over the age of sixteen, from kids under sixteen. I believe this would help reduce the rate at which kids under sixteen, suffer sexual and physical violence at the hands of older kids (as well as young adults).
The trouble, however, is that I am convinced that the education establishment (i.e., school boards, administrators, teachers, and politicians who favor public education) and most parents - are too pompous, busy, unbothered, and full of themselves, to entertain, for one second, the possibility that they are not caring for their children's well-being enough.
Bad parents reason: "I'm all my kid has", and then dumps that kid on a stranger, and makes a daily ritual of it. This is tyranny, it is routine child abandonment, and it is wrong. And nobody wants to take it seriously enough to stop it, because the government has rigged things such that the only way to rescue a child from an abusive situation is to let the agents of the corrupt state intervene (subjecting everyone involved to a heightened risk of harm).

That's why I believe that advocating for reform - rather than abolition - will fall upon deaf ears. So much so, that advocating making education voluntary, and making the funding of education voluntary, will be treated as advocating abolition, even though it is not.
That's why I have no choice but to frame my support of abolishing public schools in an unorthodox and yet-unheard manner: "I will not produce any new child slaves, to sacrifice to a system which intends to force me to surrender my child to a series of complete strangers, for seven hours a day, half of the days of the year, knowing that my child may eventually be abused, and my money used to hire a lawyer to help keep the person who did it out of jail, and knowing that I may be legally prohibited from describing the abuse that occurred."
I have no choice but to proceed as if my future child will eventually be abused. Once warned that 14,000 kids are molested in schools per year, nobody has the right to ignore the statistics on this. It would be detrimental to our safety and survival, to ignore obvious patterns like that.
I don't care that "only" about 0.4 percent of U.S. public school children get sexually abused while in school. Sending my kid to school does not lower other kids' risk of getting abused; it simply adds to the pool of kids who will be available to be abused. I am not interested in playing Russian roulette with my future child's innocence or safety.

The majority of teachers do not abuse kids, but this fact does not mean that the minority of teachers who do - and the minority of kids who are abused - should be ignored. To regard these kids' experiences as "negligible" would be to commit the fallacy of an "appeal to the majority". It is also to ignore the suicides of kids who were molested, whose families never found out that abuse was the cause of their suicide. To ignore these kids is to commit the fallacy of "survivorship bias".
Additionally, abolishing public schools does not mean that all private schools should be supported. It simply means that all education should be consensual. The United Nations's Universal Declaration of Human Rights promises the children of every country the right to "compulsory education". But how can compulsion be a right? What does it mean; to say that we have a right to be compelled to be educated? It just means that our government has the authority to force us to consume and repeat propaganda against our will. Being subjected to compulsion - i.e., involuntary servitude - is not a right; it is legalized slavery.
I do not support the public funding of private schools; this would be inappropriate expenditure of public funds, and it would render private schools no longer private. I do not support privatization if that word means the government-directed sale of public assets to private entities; but rather, I support something called "radical privatization", wherein the government gets out of the business or industry entirely.
The U.S. government is the biggest purveyor of lies on the face of the planet; it should not be in the business of educating anyone; not adults, not children.
The fact that the above argument would not be enough to convince most people that schools need to be abolished if they are not immediately drastically reformed, should show you how much our society has made criticism of people who claim to protect kids, off-limits; not only teachers, but administrators, parents, and the politicians and doctors who facilitate the butchery and kidnapping of kids who have been groomed by teachers to discuss their feelings about sex openly to the point where they think it is normal.
Public employees are trying to take America's children as sex slaves and mind-controlled drones who repeat Western imperialist propaganda. Even if many schools have stopped teaching racism and imperialism, they have just replaced that indoctrination with gender lies and pathological fear of germs.
In the 2018 decision in Janus v. A.F.S.C.M.E., the U.S. Supreme Court stopped teachers' unions (and other public employee unions) from
collecting compulsory dues from their co-workers. Now it's time to make them earn n honest living, without effectively stealing money from the public (by conscripting a violent government to coercively extract taxes from non-parents like me).

We have a right to stop our assets from being handed-over to line the pockets of lawyers who make a living defending child molesters (people like my father, Richard Kopsick; and his friend Steve McCollum, who defended at least two teachers accused of sex crimes against minors).
One man, at a mid-2025 meeting of the board of education that governs Shepard Middle School in Deerfield, Illinois, said that the school should sue people who claimed that teachers made a girl undress in front of a trans-identifying male. If this man got his way, then hypothetically, anyone concerned about that, who failed to correctly guess the exact details of how the teachers and administrators exposed those girls, could potentially be sued for libel or defamation. These people are greedy, overly litigious enablers of indecency, and their interests align with the interests of the school officials who exposed those girls.
But things like this are allowed to happen; because we have built a whole society of people who know that they will continue to receive goodies from government as long as they shut up about rape, molestation, and forcing girls to undress in front of boys while their mothers are placed under gag orders.
I acknowledge that the severity of child abuse in schools varies from state to state; and Illinois, being one of the most populous and wealthiest and pro-big-government states, probably suffers more than other states. For example, Illinois is the home of Abbott Laboratories, which produces the drug Lupron; and Governor J.B. Pritzker recently banned the banning of books (thus hindering public school libraries from excluding books depicting sexual violence against minors). But I still say all of this, and I do it in order to warn people in other states against giving public schools and teachers' unions too much power and money. More states will suffer the problems I have described, if public schools are not abolished.

A mother in Arizona told her school board that her son was being taught never to say "no" to any person of authority; cautioning that this could easily cause a child to refrain from resisting a kidnapper. Now we have racist volunteers trying to arrest immigrants, refusing to identify themselves, putting people into unmarked vans, entering schools...
In light of the re-elected president's immigration policy, the Department of Homeland Security and I.C.E. are now claiming the right to enter premises without warrants nor consent; thus, the ability of public schools to keep I.C.E. agents out, is limited. So - if we are going to fail to prevent illegal arrests by secret police and volunteer mercenaries who refuse to identify themselves, then what was the point of teaching kids about the Holocaust, and caution them against adopting the attitudes that facilitated mass submission to the Nazis?
This is the society we are raising children to think is normal. Public education has failed. With the Covid and gender propagandization phases now complete, soon the parallels with Nazi indoctrination policy will be impossible to ignore.
Forcibly removing children from the custody of one group, and transferring them to another group, is one of the components of the internationally recognized definition of genocide. We must oppose compulsory public education; to make it more difficult to commit genocide (by eliminating a common opportunity to do so).

Also - not that anyone cares - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) and the federal Department of Education were never constitutional to begin with.
Through the Constitution, the people grant the federal government the right to "establish an uniform rule of naturalization" of immigrants. It's possible that it would be completely legal for the federal Congress to create the uniform rule, while the states were to apply the rule that Congress created.
I.C.E. did not exist for the first two hundred years of the country's history, that's how we know that it doesn't need to exist. I.C.E. was only created after the George W. Bush Administration committed an obviously unconstitutional, unpredecented, sweeping reorganization of the executive branch, and has resulted in the existence of eighteen federal-level intelligence apparati (which was not just one of President Trump's lies).
All other issues pertaining to immigrants
could thus easily be handled by the states and/or the people. These include enforcement, settlement, health, welfare, education, driver licensing; anything aside from who makes the uniform rule of naturalizing them, and the authority of the federal government to ensure that states are uniformly enforcing that rule.
Similarly, the federal authority to regulate education is also invalid. The Department of Education began as part of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare; and the Constitution's General Welfare Clause (which was used to excuse its creation) should never have been construed to grant the authority to regulate education, to the federal government, because education is not mentioned in the Constitution at all. In fact, the words "school", "schools", "schooling", "educate", and "education" do not appear in that document even once.
To give the federal government the authority to regulate education, would have first required taking the authority to regulate education, from the states and the people. That never happened. That's why the federal Department of Education is unconstitutional. Supreme Court justice John Marshall once wrote that "all laws repugnant to the constitution are null and void".
These facts should not be lost on us. We should not be forced to choose sides, regarding the perceived battle between the unconstitutional Department of Education and the unconstitutional agency I.C.E.. We have the right to - and should be free to - ignore and resist all federal and federally-funded efforts to regulate education, and to regulate immigration any more than the Constitution explicitly requires.
We do not have a duty to cooperate with plainclothes kidnappers who refuse to identify themselves, and we do not have a duty to surrender our children to teachers who legally get to move children around for seven hours a day while their parents don't know exactly where they are. We have a right to stop our education and immigration systems from being turned into legalized kidnapping and human-trapping operations.

One in 250 kids sent to public schools being molested is a travesty. That's one kid, out of every ten classrooms of twenty-five. In a high school with a thousand students, approximately four kids will statistically be abused each year.
But, for the people who worship only the will of the majority, the abused kids are negligible. The trouble is that
anything can become "negligible", if you are heartless enough to ignore it. But to ignore it is simply neglect.
The majority of teachers doesn't abuse kids, and the majority of public school students don't get sexually abused. That's why the minority of kids who are abused by teachers will never matter to the people running the schools.
And we, the public, are not only embracing this way of thinking, but also failing to equip students with any means to against it. We are leading them to assume that suppressing their own individual rights to resist compulsion and abuse, serves the common good.
That's why it's time to admit that public education has failed.

While closing public schools will drastically reduce the rate at which teachers molest students, it will increase the rate at which family members molest kids (because kids will be in the home instead of at school). This is its own problem, aside from the problem of abuse at school.
Reducing abuse by parents, requires protecting children from their parents, and refraining from interfering with their right to fight back against parents who are hitting them or abusing them. It requires informing parents that they do not have an unequivocal right to "take care" of their kids, in the Mafia sense of the phrase "take care"; because the 2000 Supreme Court case of Troxel v. U.S. affirmed that the privilege of caring for children is contingent upon refraining from abusing the child. Thus, the right to give birth to children is universal, but the right to keep kids and raise them unquestioned is not unconditional.
Decreasing child abuse by family members and acquaintances of children (and other non-teachers) will also require large numbers of people to become familiar with the signs of grooming. Unfortunately, many Americans have become desensitized to detecting those signs. We have literally been groomed into not noticing grooming.
Adults should not get a free pass to be alone with kids, call them special and mature, give them gifts and hugs, talk about their private feelings,
etc.; but the transgender movement has made this normal, so sexual abuse by teachers goes largely undetected when the kid is gender-questioning. But it's not just the transgender movement which has enabled this grooming; the vast majority of the teachers involved in the "making up a unique handshake for each student" trend are not transgender. Is it too much to ask, that teachers refrain from touching their minor students?

Any attempt to improve the system will only make its many vast flaws easier to tolerate. Every improvement carries with it the possibility that it will backfire. This goes back to what I said about the damage already being done.

Social media is also rife with evidence of parents objectifying their children for attention and even money. Yet the authorities do almost nothing about it, except in the cases of the most egregious offenses. To be honest, schools helped create a world in which children must be constantly entertained, or else on-camera entertaining others, in order to get attention, wealth, and fame later on. My own high school, Lake Forest High School, allowed students to create a music video in which they rapped, danced, and threw money into the air.
Nobody prevented this, nobody but me criticized it, and nobody cares, because children don't have money, can't vote, and have no rights, only the privileges that their parents deign to give to them.
An adult transvestite gave a 14-year-old girl a lap dance, at a school in North Carolina, at a state-sanctioned event. Adults and children watched; adults and children cheered. This is what public education wants children to think is normal and fun and exciting.
In Loudoun County, Virginia, a boy wore a dress, claimed to be transgender, entered a girls' restroom, raped a girl, got expelled, and went to another school where he went into another girls' restroom and raped another girl. The first school even attempted to cover-up and deny the fact that the boy claimed he was transgender and wore a dress in order to help carry-out his first crime.
But as long as putting girls with trans boys in restrooms and locker rooms "is the policy", then taking any sort of preventive measure likely to proactively protect kids from rape and humiliation, is simply illegal, and thus, children's right to defend themselves is ignored and nullified.
And yet, we accept it. Why? Because we go to jail if we want to do anything more to stop it, other than just complain about it. Because - like Adolf Eichmann - these educators and school administrators are just being loyal to their country, and because they are obeying the rules for war. The law is lowering our standards of justice.

What we really need - to combat sex crimes against children and women and other vulnerable people - is a "Congress of Organizations Battling Rape, Abuse, and Alienation" (C.O.B.R.A.A.).
All the elements in our society, which are trying to fight these problems, need to come together, to educate people, and compare notes, about how to detect and report grooming; and to identify corrupt public employees and people in the legal professions who may have an incentive to legally traffic children - and/or an edge when it comes to abusing them with impunity.
Communities should form anti-abuse groups, which would partner with various types of child advocacy groups, to train children and parents to become familiar with the faces of outed predators living among them, and (if necessary) coordinate plans to march on police stations and courthouses which are sheltering people in the legal professions who refuse to charge and prosecute people accused of sex crimes against minors.
Such an organization should consist of rape crisis support organizations, groups which provide physical protection to survivors and witnesses who testify against abusers, people exposing abuse by clergy members, agencies fighting unfair takings of child custody, social workers who can educate people to detect signs of grooming, groups wishing to reduce prostitution and shelter abused sex workers, women's and children's self-defense course instructors, and other agencies aiming to protect the vulnerable from sex crimes and the alienation of non-abusive parents from their children.

Even if public schools cannot be abolished any time soon, then it is at least clear that they plan to do nothing about abused kids, except continue to abandon them; and in stranger, more creative, more devious, more bizarre new ways every year.
If compulsory education cannot be completely abolished, then the only course which should be compulsory, upon minors, should be physical defense. Every child should be armed with knowledge about how consent works, and about how to evade kidnappers and report attempted grooming.
We do not owe these people access to our children. We owe them nothing but ankle bracelets and fire. Slavery must end before it affects the next generation.
