The following text is my third article on the topic of Shepard Middle School staff's alleged coercion of several thirteen-year-old female students into changing in front of a trans-identifying student assigned male at birth.
The meetings of Illinois School District 109 Board of Education - which governs Shepard Middle School - have a three-minute limit. The speech below would take approximately thirteen or fourteen minutes to read; it consists of the full comments which I would make if there were no time limit.
I plan on delivering an abridged version of this speech for delivery at the meeting.
The regular monthly meeting of the District 109 Board of Education will meet at 7:00 P.M., on Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 517 Deerfield Road, in Deerfield, Illinois.
While keeping multiple private changing locations in existing boys’ and girls’ locker rooms (and building more) would solve part of the problem that Shepard Middle School is experiencing – and while I admit that my proposal to add facilities would likely involve more spending – I must stress that creating locker rooms (and restrooms) to be used solely by transgender, non-binary, and intersex people, is the superior, more equitable, and more sustainable solution; because it would solve everybody’s problems, by providing sufficient privacy to everybody.
If the school built non-binary locker rooms and restrooms, then cisgender females and cis males would not be required to use the same rooms as trans-identifying people, and trans people would not be forced to use the rooms that they’re trying to avoid using, and don’t feel safe in (which are the rooms associated with the gender they were assigned at birth).
Despite the fact that my suggestion is perfectly viable, some of the people who attended the meeting in May seem to have relayed some fear about the fact that so-called “outsiders” are allowed to speak at these meetings, because they’re supposedly “extremists” who are “dividing” Deerfield.
Since I live in Waukegan, I’m wondering who these “outsiders” are.
I don’t want to waste time arguing for my own right to speak, but it looks like I’m going to have to, because, frankly, “you shouldn’t have a voice” is not something that we should be saying to our fellow citizens.
The Constitution does not grant the right to speak freely as a new privilege; rather, it acknowledges a previously-existing freedom of speech, possessed by “we the people” and not just the citizens. So any limits on speech – based on location of residency, citizenship status, payment of taxes, or even three-minute time limits – are unconstitutional laws and policies, and can legally be ignored, because they are null and void. I will obey the time limit, though, for the sake of politeness and civility.
The people warning about “outsiders” coming into Deerfield and speaking their minds, are on the same side as the person who allowed a three-year-old – who, by the way, doesn’t pay taxes to any level of government – to speak at the meeting in April.
I pay taxes to the same county, state, and national government that the rest of you do; and this board’s policies allow me to speak anyway – and, also, I was molested and raped by my father while he was a member of the Lake Bluff school board, which is just ten miles away from here (which means that I know a little something about who, exactly – in this area – may be coming to are representing and defending teachers, in court, who are accused of sexual crimes against children. So I’m going to speak.
Don’t pretend you’re being “attacked” by people who are trying to take away your “diversity”, if you’re going to try to silence people who have diverse opinions, just because you’re losing the debate. You can’t have diversity if you don’t let non-residents, non-parents, and people who disagree with you, speak.
You need non-parents to speak at these meetings, to tell you what you were told last month: “I refuse to have children in this district”. People don’t want to have as many children when their government is protecting child abusers. Just like how many young teenage girls transition their gender because they live in fear of being seen as female, and raped for it, because their government is protecting child abusers.
And you need “outsiders” to tell you what your town looks like from an outside perspective. To threaten to sue them for money, just because they’re not satisfied with the way your town conducts its business, is not just a refusal to give critics of your town a refund when they’re dissatisfied, it is a bridge-troll way of thinking.
If you don’t want me to be involved, then don’t involve me by taking my tax money; and stop making me – a non-parent – fund this system of child abuse and indoctrination that you’ve set up.
Deerfield’s population of about 19,000 means that, statistically, one child will be molested or raped at a Deerfield school – by a teacher or fellow student – roughly every ten years. That may seem like a small number, but every rational person would agree that that is one child too many.
That’s why I believe I’m justified to warn that continuing a policy of not only allowing boys and girls to change in the same room – but allowing administrators to collude to force them to do so (as the F.O.I.A. requests have shown happened) – absolutely does put these students at additional risk of being molested by fellow students or teachers.
For one: Some of the money that taxpayers pay to teachers, is spent on union dues, some of which goes to hire lawyers, who defend teachers accused of abusing students, in court. That was once my money, and I don’t want it spent that way.
You don't get to out-vote me, because I have rights, because the 13th Amendment recognizes that I can't be forced to render servitude, involuntarily. Education and schools are not even mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, so you should lose federal funding no matter where you have trans-identifying kids change clothes.
I may live in another town, but I and everyone else here all pay taxes to the State of Illinois, and its department of education. Was I asked for my money, before it was decided that my money would go to fund schools outside my county? No. Maybe I would say yes if I had ever been asked. I guess now we’ll never know.
My point is this: You now know that about 17,000 students are molested in school every year. You are continuing to send your kids, or teach kids, despite knowing this. So... If parents want to keep hiring teachers to molest their children, then they should pay for it themselves.
Is that so much to ask? Does it really take an “outsider” to point out that this system is unconscionable? Yes, in fact, that is what you're doing. How many times do taxpayers need to be mocked – and compared to cheap, greedy, billionaire "robber-barons" – just because they don’t want to pay for your kids to get molested at school at a rate of 78 per day?
You pat yourselves on the backs for helping boys and girls into the S.T.E.M. fields, but have you stopped to ask yourselves if you should warn them that some of those fields are still dominated by Jeffrey Epstein’s scientist friends? Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Steven Pinker? If you send traumatized children into professional fields run by megalomaniacal billionaire pedophiles, they will either get abused, or else they will become abusers themselves, and turn out to be evil geniuses. It does not benefit me, if the kids in my area, are well-educated, but also traumatized.
While on trial for war crimes in 1946, Nazi military leader Herman Goering explained that, to pressure people to support a war, “all you have to do is tell them they are being attacked”.
That is the quote that comes to mind, when the person who was literally propping-up that three-year-old, at the meeting in April – Asher McMaher – accused people who don’t want boys and girls changing in the same room, of “attacking” the trans-identifying boy who wanted to change in the girls’ locker room.
I hope that people will look up the meaning of the phrase “D.A.R.V.O.” if they want to understand what I believe McMaher is doing. It stands for “Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender”.
If a mother can be placed under a Naziesque gag order – and if parents can be sued for defamation just for failing to correctly guess what teachers did to their children behind closed doors – then people and groups (like Asher McMaher and TransUpFront) who falsely claim that a child who was never physically attacked (but was merely criticized), was attacked, can and should be sued as well.
The people suggesting that the school district should sue for defamation should be ashamed of themselves; they are trying to profit from a tragedy and from the silencing of the victims.
The people who want boys and girls to change in the same room, are in league with people who are giving double mastectomies to thirteen-year-olds (including one who is suing the State of California over it), and installing hormone-emitting devices into the arms of eleven- and twelve-year-old girls while they scream.
I guarantee you that this is making the governor, J.B. Pritzker – and his transgender billionaire sister, “Jennifer” – money. And it is making money for AbbVie; the company that has polluted our county with "volatile organic material", and producing Lupron to sterilize sex offenders and partially or completely sterilize trans-identifying kids.
Walt Heyer was mentioned at the meeting in June. Every trans ally wants to talk about how transgender people disproportionately suffer sexual abuse in adulthood. But why aren't we talking about how many transgender people were sexually abused when they were children (it's at least 19 percent, by the way, according to one study); and moreover, why aren't we talking about how being sexually abused might be the reason they have those gender-questioning feelings in the first place? Indeed, that is what happened to Walt Heyer.
By giving a trans-identifying male child - and his parents, who, for all we know, may have done God-knows-what to him - whatever they want, you may be, effectively, ignoring an incident of child abuse. Are you mandatory reporters of suspected child sexual abuse? I hope you're not. I don't want to hope you're not, but I hope you're not, because you would probably be bad at it.
You're not here to protect children. If you were here to protect children, you would put some security guards - or at least a greeter - near the entrances to your schools. People need to know where they're going, for student events; and someone needs to be the first line of defense in case a shooter walks by. I went to the wrong school, when trying to find the May meeting, and I was able to walk around for 20 minutes, without anyone stopping me, and without anyone successfully helping me or telling me whether the board meeting was there or even asking what I was doing there.
If you cared one-hundredth as much about students getting shot, as you act like you do - so much so that you ignore molestation even though it happens over one hundred times as often as students getting shot - then you would provide your schools with adequate security. But you won't do that; because if security guards were present at your schools, then they would have stopped the staff members who tried to force... what was it, twenty girls? Twenty-five thirteen-year-old girls? ...to commit public indecency.
Sure; ignoring the possible crimes of people who molest kids who become trans, and failing to adequately counter the threat of a school shooting, may not be what you think you’re supporting, but it is. You fail to realize that it is based on coercion and the legitimization of violence; and so, you effectively worship the State.
You refuse to invoke your natural right of conscientious objection, when you see a human rights violation taking place, because you'd rather do what you think is "your job" than do what's right.
The unlawful transfer of children from one group of people (like their parents) to another (like the group of administrators who pressured them to undress) is one of the components of genocide. These children were in the custody of complete strangers, without their parents knowing about it.
You Democrats are treating your children like pets – muzzling them (with Covid masks), giving them too many shots, putting “harnesses” (leashes) on them; castrating them (like the Democrats of the 1800s used to castrate their slaves) – and now you’re afraid that some “outsiders” are going to come into your town, and expose your kids to the idea that they can’t consent to these things. Just like when the Republican “outsiders” came, from the North, and swept into your plantations a hundred and sixty years ago.
You’re worried that someone is coming to free the pets and slaves whom you’ve turned your children into. If trying to stop you, makes me an “outsider”, then so be it.
Yet most of you will still pretend that this is not a problem, because you treat the government as if it can do no wrong.
Making the “argument from benevolence”, when the government (or its schools) do something wrong, your first reaction is that “government is good, therefore whatever bad thing it was accused of doing, it did not do; or else, if it did, then what it did is actually a good thing.”
Like Adolf Eichmann – the architect of the Holocaust – you obeyed your country’s laws, and the rules for war, so you are not guilty.
Basically: If you don’t force kids to expose themselves - and don't force them to do whatever else the state wants you to force them to do - then you don’t get paid.
You aren’t here to protect – or educate – these kids. You’re here to please the people at the top of the state government who butter your bread. Your job is to do as you're told, in order to take a paycheck home.
One of your students asked, at the May meeting, why critics of this school board speak in public, when they could meet with its members in private. The reason is that you need to understand what it's like to be publicly humiliated, so they can know how these girls felt, when they had to change, in a locker room, unsure as to whether another student who has a penis may be able to see her, with adults they didn't know nearby making sure they disrobed.
You administrators, and the teachers you employ - and the Democratic Party of Illinois and the teachers' unions which are orchestrating all of this - have decided that this is the policy that you will fight to the death to enforce.
We are here to tell you that this is such an egregious incursion into students' privacy, human rights, children's safety, and parents' rights to know where their children are, that we cannot possibly tolerate it. The forced exposure in the locker rooms must be the last sex crime that ever occurs in this school district. And whether one does, again, or not, you are never going to hear the end of this.
You failed. Our school system has failed.
The fact that twelve teachers retired from the district this year, should probably concern us. I hope that the rest of you will retire soon, because the state of public education, under your watch, is unconscionable, and it is a danger to children's safety, as well as to their privacy and innocence.
Build non-binary restrooms and locker rooms and make a plan to end this nonsense quickly; or else the American people will have no choice but to consider total abolition of public education by government employees, or at the very least, exemption of non-parents from having to fund a system that gets at least 17,000 kids molested per year.
We must elect a governor who will nullify Pritzker's Executive Order 2019 11, we must amend Section 3B of the Illinois Human Rights Act, and we must elect sheriffs who will refuse to enforce inhumane policies that allow coercing children to expose themselves.

This lecture bravely and clearly tackles a significant and delicate subject. Every student's well-being depends on schools being inclusive. Such conversations foster respect and awareness in educational settings, much like an HR Assignment Writing Service UK fosters understanding of workplace diversity. Excellent.
